After trailer looking for a couple of years, we landed on a decision to go with an Airstream. Everything started out great and Vince is a great sales guy and knows a lot about Airstreams so I got very relaxed and didn't do my due diligence. Don't let that happen to you. He has a great staff that does wonderful work for him, but he is the front man. Just be very careful to have an independent mechanic go over your vehicle, especially if you are new to Airstreams. There were so many things I ended up having to fix that I wouldn't have if I'd known about them before paying my money. Also, they wipe it down, but it's not clean and detailed like a new car. Get it cleaned so you aren't back tracking. And whatever you do, don't offend him, your deal will go from professional to antagonistic in nothing flat. He won't help you as a client if he's mad. Period. You might shop around a bit... A truly unprofessional experience that I regret. read more

We just bought our first Airstream from A to Z - a 2008 Classic 27FB. I was a little uneasy making a purchase like this from 2000 miles away in St. Louis, but I needn't have worried. Our 27FB was better than advertised. Vince took lots of time to work out details with us by telephone, email and text. He provided a virtual FaceTime tour of the trailer. His team completely detailed it inside and out, replacing tires, the power system, batteries and more to bring it as close to to good-as-new condition as possible.
