Now we have a trailer small enough to fit in our driveway, yet big enough to expand with our grandkids. Along with the exceptional sales staff, we had a very positive experience with the finance department. They found us very good rates for the trailer. The service department went above and beyond. Mark took 2+ hours to review and walk through the setup of the entire trailer. Then Roberto installed our new hitch on the spot. We drove over three hours to get here because they were only one of two places that carry Brinkley, and they had a specific model we wanted to look at. When we get there a salesman is walking out and straight out asked what we were looking for. My husband walked back to the car to get the Brinkley brochure and while he was gone the salesman was not talking to me. When he came back carrying the brochure the salesman seemed really irritated and asked where we got it. We joked a little and tried to move on but he continued to demand to know where we got the brochure - it was weird. I called him Mr. Cordelia. His comment back was, "Huh?" I said, "You don't have a name tag." He responded, "Neither do you," and that was that. He never told us his name (it was Ed, we found out later) and walked away from us three times while we were trying to look around. He recommended a model for us but we asked to see a different one (we had already seen the model he recommended). He found us the model we wanted to see, and after looking for a while I asked to see the other model he had recommended and he got snippy with me saying that I said I didn't want to see it. At the end he told us to leave and don't come back unless we were ready to sign that day. Mind you we are at research phase and plan to buy in the coming months, but he didn't want deal with us if we weren't buying that day, and didn't really want to deal me, as a woman, at all. Given that this sounds like Ed's usual m/o based on other reviews, I'm not sure why they keep him there. We caught Brad right as they were starting to close up and asked to see the inside of one last model. Brad was super nice and took care of us, apologized for Ed and offered up a different salesperson for next time (turns out Brad is a finance guy). I'm just not sure if I want to go back after this experience though. read more

I do not like writing bad reviews. I much prefer to give kudos and props for a job well done. I run a Cadillac dealership and have been in the industry for 20+ years. RV's are no different than cars. This dealership...this experience...is a time capsule and not a good one. If you are a female looking to feel unvalidated while you shop for YOUR rv.... bring your husband or a male friend and enjoy the ride. See if you still want to spend your money here. I reached out to ED by phone told him the make and model of interest and that we were coming that day. We arrive. Ed shakes my husband's hand....I have to extend my hand to his. Ed doesn't know the trailer we were coming to see even though I had only called 2.5 hours before. I show him on my phone. He acts all shocked at the price of the trailer after he looks at my phone. Slimy sales tactic number 1. ED tells us all sorts of stuff we didn't ask about or care to hear about for example RV Show and Dealers paying a fee to participate and the the deals are not better. (EYE ROLl) Price has never been a topic but he made it one. I had already told him I was a car dealer but the dumb old-school lines keep rolling in. Dealers do pay a fee to participate, however if you have a surplus of inventory RV shows get you lots of visibility the deals could be the same, worse, or better dependent on the dealer. Either way...I had no interest in the RV show that day which is why I was at his Rv Store. Unnecessary BS conversation trying to put himself/dealership on a podium. Show me that you are better don't tell me. Ed shows us the trailer; I ask him a question about powering the RV when we do not have a power hookup and he looks at my husband when responding not the woman who asked the question. ED responds to my HUSBAND when I ask questions. REMIDER ---I was the buyer the whole time not my husband. Ed shows us trailers that our car cannot tow. (I had already looked at their inventory and knew what are options were but asked him if there was anything else we could tow). Ed makes unsafe recommendation to make to our trailer so that we can tow more because he does this with his Sante Fe...which tows 5000 but now he tows 5800, 800 above the recommendation. NOW THIS IS WHERE I WAS DONE! NEVER tow beyond your vehicles manufactures rating which can be found on the inside of the driver's door and NEVER trust anyone who says you should. There is NOTHING you can do to safely raise that GVWR rating of your vehicle outside of buying a more tow capable vehicle. Setting aside the potential danger to those on the road around you and your family your cars manufacture warranty will be voided if it is apparent you were towing beyond your vehicles capabilities. DONT TRUST I took delivery of our new camper from Camping Wolrd in Vacaville yesterday. Where they SHOWED us the customer service diffence and catered the expereince to me....the buyer. Sales is easy......Listen....know your product, keep it direct and professional the consumer will tell you how to sell them. read more

I never had a problem with a salesperson at Cordelia RV, but service is non-existent. I found that my spare tire on my 2023 Outdoors was dated 2012. I pointed this out & was told that they would contact the manufacturer for replacement. I left the trailer on the appointed date for service & one month later called to see if it was ready. They had not got around to it. I asked about the spare & was told that they would call the manufacturer. They advised that I could take the trailer on my camping trip & then return it for the service. After my camping trip, I called & asked about the spare. The reply was that they would call the manufacturer. Luckily, my trailer was well built & only needed minor repairs. I feel no need to return to Cordelia RV, there are more reliable RV service professionals around here. I am now looking at Brinkly but won't be going back to Cordelia. I understand that there are new owners but is it the same service personnel. I don't want to find out. read more

My wife and I give an overall "Thumbs Up" to Cordelia RV. We had been discussing getting rid of our 11 year old Thor ACE 27.1 and downsizing to a Class C. We went initially to simply drive a Class C to find if it was a better, smoother ride and was easier to handle on the road. Alysia (salesperson) met us when we arrived and showed us their inventory which was fairly extensive for a "smaller" RV dealership. We looked at a number of BT Cruisers, a class C made by Gulfstream. Alysia was great even though she was brand new to this dealership. if there was a question we asked that she did not have an answer for, she went and found the answer for us immediately. We went for a test drive and were really impressed with the BT Cruiser as we drove on surface streets and the freeway. Before we left, they had run some sales price numbers and it was obvious to me this company wanted to work with us and get us driving a new RV. Within 24 hours we made a counter offer which they countered nicely and we had a deal. The negotiation process was painless. They needed a few days to take care of the PDI and we picked up the RV in about 5 days. On Monday, we took off on a short 4 day 3 night "shakedown cruise" to Half Moon Bay. On that Thursday, we called and told them of a couple things that needed immediate attention along with a small handful of minor items. (as expected). They asked how soon we could drop it off so they could handle this warranty work. We got home on Friday and dropped it off Friday afternoon for them to handle. It was all taken care of by Wednesday evening the following week and we picked it up Thursday afternoon, everything having been taken care of on our list. I could not speak higher of the service group (Jeff, Gina, Phil and Mark-everyone) and the overall caring and consideration this group gave us. In particular, there was a workmanship/installation problem (factory) with the couch (which transforms into the bed at night). They showed us the problem, how they corrected it and we can't wait to get on the road again knowing we will have a sound, comfortable night's sleep. Great job all around! This is not our first RV. We were previous owners for 8 years (RV) and 5 years (trailer) but were never able to find a service department anywhere near as responsive as the one at Cordelia RV. We purchased a Brand New RV. The process was fine the salesman was good. Service SUCKS. I sold RV's and quit after 3 weeks as the whole industry has gone down hill. The fit and finish have gone to crap. There were broken items and missing items noted on our walkthrough report. One year later we are still waiting on the broken items and missing pieces. We would have bought somewhere else but Cordelia RV is 10 minutes from our house. I guess that doesn't matter as they don't return phone calls or reach out to you when your items are ready to be installed. I just think nobody cares anymore. read more

My wife and I stopped in while driving to San Francisco. Salesman Ed met us and was easy going as he showed us around. We found a motorhome that fit our needs and price. Ed was very helpful, and made several good suggestions for us as to supplies to have for a motorhome. We give a shout out for Ed. The finance and sales back end seemed rushed. We had to correct several items of personal information on the contract. We felt a bit hurried along. If we hadn't had experience buying a vehicle, we would have had a hard time understanding all that was being presented. They were honest, just went awfully fast. When we went to pick up our motorhome, the female employee showing us around our new purchased was also rushed. There's a lot of things to learn about in a motorhome, especially for first time RV buyers. They also had to go through the unit and reclean, since they did not do a good job getting it ready for us. However, they did take care of the issue, and we drove out with a pretty clean unit. Aside from just feeling a little rushed through the process, everyone at Cordelia was super nice, and were happy to answer questions and help us. I am glad they closed/changed owners, the customer service is the worst. we bought a 2026 Artic Fox Edge from them, they kept zero paperwork on any repairs or fixes we had. the manager would not return calls. When we received our 5th wheel, have of the electrical did not work, the solar didn't work, we had a washer and dryer, we decided didn't need it. we asked if they could remove it and fix the wall to hide the insulation, they had the trailer for 4 months and then decided to tell my husband that since he is a contractor he can fix it himself. this is the worst experience we have ever had with any dealer. I hope the new ownership is better, we still cannot not get a return call regarding warranty information. this has been a nightmare, when you spend that kind of money on a trailer you would think it would come to you in perfect shape. we have heard other stories about this place. read more

ABSOLUTE SCAM - DO NOT BUY YOUR RV HERE Ben Holland and his boss are both scammers who will take advantage of you or your situation. I just purchased a 2022 Coachman Pursuit for $98,000 from Cordelia. There were/are several defects I identified the date of purchase, both on the lot during walkthrough and at my home immediately after (see numbered below). Despite shoving paperwork down my throat the moment I walked into their shop because "the unit is basically brand new and couldn't possibly have anything wrong with it", Cordelia is taking no responsibility for the defects and refusing to cover any cost of repair. This response despite Ben assuring me in writing (email screenshot attached) that there is nothing wrong with the RV. He even said on the phone today that I was told multiple times prior to purchase that this is a used unit and there could be defects/something wrong with it. 1) the slideout was/is defective. During walkthrough, the slideout made an incredible creaking noise, which Cordelia told me "was perfectly normal" video of slideout from walkthrough attached). The first time I used the slideout at my home to pack the RV for my Burning Man Trip, the slideout continued creaking and would not go all the way in (see Aug 26th email to them complaining about the jamming slideout attached). I hoped this was a one-time issue and assumed any reputable dealership would work with my on this (I own two cars that are more expensive than the RV, and one was delivered with a faulty air conditioner that the dealership resolved at its cost). Ben Holland and Cordelia's response was listed above. 2) The breaks began screeching very loudly by the time I made it to Reno Nevada from San Francisco. Reno is just 186 miles from San Francisco and this is a 2022 RV. 3) I asked if the rig would have a hitch on it so that I could connect a trailer to protect the interior of the RV during my trip. Ben Holland wrote me an email clearly designed to make me think the RV would have a hitch on it. When I arrived the date of purchase, the unit of course did not have a hitch on it. To get me off the lot, Ben assured me he had just called U Haul and that Uhaul provides hitches with rentals. After making my way to Uhaul, Uhaul informed me it needs at least weeks of lead-time in order to provide a hitch with a rental. All 5 uhauls I called in the surrounding area said the same thing. This was overall the single-worst purchasing experience of my life. I will be exploring any and all legal remedies and please consider yourself warned that these are usurious people. He is white, I am white. Why did he assume this was ok? I asked what "white" had to do with it....he replied with the same remark as if I didn't understand. The service department is a joke. We bought our travel trailer at this RV Center. We have had nothing but trouble when getting things done. Today we had an appointment for a repair that was supposedly done a few times....its never been resolved. My husband called a few days before our appointment because he had some questions. No one ever called back. This isn't the first time this has happened. When he complained about it, the service man asked if he was disappointed in their services why does he coming back?! We bought a service contract when we purchased the trailer. He told my husband to leave and that they will no longer service our trailer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The sales guy immediately started in on the weather being too warm and explained how extreme the heat would be inside an RV. He wanted to know if I had seen something online, but I explained that I just dropped in to look a coach. All I was shown was coaches that were the same year as the one I already had (I shared with him what I had and what I was looking for). It was clear this salesman did NOT want to show ANYTHING. He suggested I go to another RV dealer with AC. By the way, it is 84 degrees today. This was a day I wanted to look at rigs for my next purchase, but I did not feel welcome to explore the lot. I have been wanting to buy a nice RV for a long time. After losing a close friend it made me stop and think about it, and ask what am I waiting for? I had been shopping RV's online for a while and wasn't coming up with anything worthwhile. My brother purchased an RV here a few months ago and he was is very satisfied with the service. Had some time on my hands and I stopped by to take a look at a trailer I saw on their website. The sales rep, Craig Schmidt, was fantastic. We looked at the model I thought I might want but it just didn't feel quite right. I asked to see comparable models and he showed me three others. They were a bit longer and a bit more than I had hoped to spend, but well within my budget. One in particular stood out. I returned to the lot three more times, one with a friend in tow. Craig was patient, not pushy or eager at all. He was very professional, yet personable without trying to be. It was clear he wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. I bought the larger, more expensive model and today I had my inspection with Linda Pine and Sarah. They were thorough and patient, and made sure that even the small spot of weather stripping on the door got some glue to get it back in place. They installed my brake controller and worked through an issue with the fuse to get it up and running. They also set up my weight distribution hitch. It towed home extremely smooth. I had a tent trailer that is less than half the weight of this one and it doesn't tow that smoothly. The mechanics installed the hitch and worked on the brake controller in 102 degree heat without a complaint. They simply worked to get the job done, and they did. They not only walked me through every detail of the trailer, but the brake controller and the hitch logistics as well. This is a great example of customer service at its finest. I can't recommend them strongly enough. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting to repair or purchase an RV of any kind. They are first rate, and the customer comes first. No games, no pressure, just solid, honest business practices. ***UPDATE*** I too the trailer camping for three nights and it was great. I called Craig about a minor issue and while we were talking, he realized only one battery had been installed. He messaged me soon after the conversation ended telling me he discussed it with the sales manager and a second battery would be installed as part of the original purchase. They accommodated me quickly and I stopped by on my way home from the trip. Again, they installed the battery in about 20 minutes, in 102 degree heat, and I was on my way. OK, to start, it would have been a 2-3 regarding typical sales approach and "let me talk to the manager stuff." We were new to the motor home thing and very ignorant of the ins and outs. They had a brand new unit that met the wife's requirements and squeezed the price close to what I wanted to pay/loan. The original salesman was not very responsive to after market inquiries. He is no longer there. There were also some quick talk efforts re. waranty recommendations which we were wise to explore elsewhere. Unfortunately, I did not do my build quality homework before purchase, mostly becasue we needed a rig right away for a variety of personal reasons. That's on me and a lesson for anyone new to this lifestyle. Now to what would have made it all a 5! Vehicle prep staff, repair and maintenance staff, especially Sarah, Gina and Marvin....absolutely superp people. As noted, build quality for our coach was a problem. However, over several months and multiple trips everything was taken care of with courtesy, respect and patience by everyone, from the service and delivery staff to the sales manager Brad. The dealership even went out of its way after multiple efforts with the generator manufacturer and the coach manufacturer to actually replace the entire unit with a hard to find new one (CA emissions changes created a shortage) months after purchase as the original one never truly worked correctly. They even warrantied out the batteries after a long period of down time due lack of unit use when they would not crank the new unit. Thanks to one of the owners, Mike, for stepping in and making everything right. Wow, way to save the day. From what I read re. other reviews, a great deal of the experience depends on who your salesperson is. If the negative reviews are accurate, that may be so, I can't say. I can only speak to our experience which went from sour to sweet over time. In my view, Cordelia RV tries to overcome manufacturers' shorcomings to the best of their ability. We have learned from others with motor homes whether you buy an entry level unit at 100k or a luxury coach at 400k, you will have issues. What counts is the dealership behind it because you can't just go to any dealer who makes the vehicle the way you can with an automobile. These folks try to MAKE IT RIGHT. In our case, they did. They will be the first dealership we call if we decide to "trade up." read more

I bought an opus op2 new from a dealer in Fresno in September 2023, as they had the best deal. it has a couple warranty issues that need to be dealt with, nothing earth shaking; a tear in strap and rain water getting into the rear compartment during storage, and Cordelia RV is an Opus dealer. I emailed Cordelia RV through their website, and mind you I have never had any interactions with their service department, I received a phone call the next day from a service writer stating "we can't find your trailer in our system", to which I replied that It was not purchased there. she promptly stated "we will not schedule your RV if you didn't buy it here", and provided me no alternative. I was a service manager for a truck dealership, what cordellia rv did to me is illegal. they cannot turn me away from service for warranty consideration, no matter how far they are booked out. Per FTC guidelines, they have a legal obligation to triage my trailer and provide warranty covered repairs, if applicable. Now I have to go further out of my way to take benefit of my warranty. Disappointing they will not support a brand they sell. If I had done the same thing in my tenure as a service manager I would have been issued a serious corrective action, possibly fired. read more

6:27 from Jeff the owner: No deliveries on the weekend. Monday would be the earliest. My question is what happened to Monday at the latest! 6:22 from Jeff the owner. Northwoods indicated to me that the transport company will have the unit here possibly Friday. No later than Monday. 6.22: talked to the manufacture where the parts are coming from. He let me know they have been ready and waiting for a while now and they have not moved because the company did not want to pay for shipping. Interesting! Still no word from the Owner Jeff! 6.19 Update from Jeff: Transport has it scheduled to leave Tuesday next week. This means that the transport company has had our items since June 4th and is just allowing them to leave their location on June 23rd. Jeff has still refused to give us the original purchase order as he said he would and is not letting us know who is holding these items. The response below from their team is a joke. Yes, Jeff has been sending me random texts (as you can see) but has also provided no actual information. I would really like this to be done and over with as I am done with this company! Maybe if you are buying new and have no "due bills" it would have been great. Again the sale was smooth and Big John was the best! But since that day we gave them our money and signed the contract it's been worse than pulling teeth! And at this point, I'm not even sure if the items are really coming! Update: June 18 from Jeff My factory rep called the transport company again today. I hope to have word tomorrow. thoughts: they had their trailer on the 10 it's no 8 days later and the owner doesn't know when their trailer will arrive. Something doesn't seem right here! The transport company has had it for 14 days per the message from Jeff and no word on delivery. Update June 10 from Jeff That is what the transport company has reported. And they are now in possession of our trailer which is loaded with the items. The items were only received by Northwoods I n the last week, so getting them to you sooner would not have been possible. We appreciate your patience. Update June 9 from Jeff The transport company won't guarantee the units arrival this week. Shipping them via freight truck also will not get them in this week. Can I get you some loaners for the weekend? we declined as that would be a lot of extra driving for our trip. Update June 4 from Jeff Transport company has it. Waiting for them to issue delivery date. Update June 2nd requested the original purchase order from Jeff from February. Which during a phone call he said he would send. UPDATE: June 18 still no purchase order! Purchasing and working with BiG John was amazing. I'm not sure how to rate this. The sale was amazing. The purchasing was amazing. Everything after The sale itself has been a constant battle! We purchased our trailer on 2/22/2020 and still do not have all the things that was listed on the due bill. They had 4 weeks pre-COVID to get the parts (chairs and table) and then came back with we can't get it in time you'll have to wait! It took them extra time to get our trailer ready for pick up (ok I get it Corona times( picked April 28,2020 with another Due Bill) but to not have the chairs and table as of today June 2, 2020. unacceptable! That's over 3 months. We have been calling Gina in Service for months now, same story. COVID back order. But if we call Northwood we can get the chairs and tables overnight shipped to us NOW. Question is: do we buy them and go through court to get the money back as it's part of our contract or keep fighting? Again what started so well is now a nightmare and constant battle. We are going camping next week and have nothing to sit on in our trailer accept the couch that is to small for all of us because they have not upheld there Contact! Got there and roamed the lot for 20 mins. Went inside the office and just got looks. On my way to the car to leave, there's 2 guys outside chatting, one with a name tag so I assume is one of the salesmen. One of them comments on my car, yet nobody offers to help with a sale. Meanwhile, an older white couple barely get out of their car and someone comes straight out of the office to greet them and start showing them around. Don't know what the deal is, but there are plenty of other RV centers that are more deserving of your business and willing to earn it. read more

1 year review. Bought a brand new forest river toy hauler December 2022. This was my second RV so I kind of knew what I wanted. Michael was my salesperson and helped me find the perfect size trailer with all the options I did and didn't want. So far the only issue has been a skylight leak that their service department fixed in 1 day. Had a hard time contacting their finance department regarding my warranty but after some persistence I was able to get it resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next rig here. read more

What a conundrum for me to write this. Our salesman JC was fantastic. Through several visits and our purchase experience, JC, the sales staff, and the walkthrough tech were awesome. As with any new trailer, there are items you find that need warranty repair after the first few uses. Not unexpected. Now, switch to the service department. Contact is impossible. No one returns calls. No one answers the phone. I had to call our salesman to get a service initiated under warranty! We have found another issue months later, but still under warranty, and still zero contact. The people are great when you are face to face, but getting to their face is impossible!
