Drove my Brand new travel trailer here from Los Angeles because it had some issues that originated in the factory . I bought my travel trailer in Colorado And by the time I drove it home we have multiple issues with it . Such as some drawers not closing - water filter leaking and the window cracked from pressure . Unfortunately nobody in Los Angeles wanted to touch ( meaning fix ) it because i bought it in Colorado. iI found this gem through a representative for Flagstaff who recommended that I call a couple places .... those calls have led me to this place . Jerry Halsey was the repair guy . He Was quick and sufficient. All parts were ordered prior and after we dropped off the trailer we went to the city to have breakfast - and by the time we finished it was ready to be picked up.

We had been searching for a a nice used RV for quite awhile. Both through dealers and private party as each may seem to have an advantage. We are new to this and it's been a bit of a challenge finding the right situation for us We saw an ad for a 2004 31ft Winnebago Class C priced well and went to look without much expectation after having been disappointed so many times when we would arrive to see something where ever we were looking. We were met by Peter the sales person, and the RV we saw we really liked. We had a budget we had been working to keep and so the price was a little off from that but Peter without all the back and forth of so many sales people, came back with a fair offer and straight talk and said this is best I can do . And it was a very fair offer and we decided we wanted to purchase. However, we were not fully sure the RV would fit in our side yard. So before signing the contract , Peter offered (he asked us first) if they could drive it up to our house(45 min away) and make SURE it would fit so we were comfortable with the purchase. I said yes and if it for sure fits we for sure have a deal. And it did! They do an inspection of the vehicle (you pay for but worth it) prior to delivery to make sure everything is working and all the seals are set on the roof etc. When we came to pick up the RV, they do a thorough walk thru with you and explain everything and answer any questions you have. The contract process was easy and we did purchase an extended warranty they offered also at a reasonable price that covers 2 more years and 30k miles . Worth it IMO considering you are buying a used vehicle . We drove it home. Later that day as we were setting it all up. We noticed we had some sort of leak from clean water tank. Small but it was coming in. It was late at night and we called and sent Jerry the service manager a note and also emailed Peter . It's a Sat night at 9pm and yet Peter calls me and makes sure we are ok and everything is ok! And says bring it back tomorrow and we will make sure you are totally taken care of and see what is happening. We want you to be totally satisfied. This would not have happened with private party for sure. Also, the reason it wasn't caught during inspection is we think something came loose on drive to our place. BUT bottom line, they were making sure we were good and taking care of it and Jerry also called as well. So they really are taking care of us. We are also having Jerry now place some new laminate flooring in for us as we would rather have that's than the vinyl and carpet . He is doing that for a totally low installation price just because of the hassle. So, was I apprehensive about buying from a dealer. YES, especially after I have been to some others. BUT this experience so far has been really great from the sales to the after care. Sure the place is a shop like feel and don't expect all the fluff and showroomy look. It's a running shoo and not all glitzy. RVs are out and are not totally cleaned on the lot yet until after sale, but you get a real authentic crew there and they have stood behind the sale of the RV and have been super great to deal with. We will use them to continue to do things to our rig as well. Thanks everyone there.

This place and the people who own it and run it are a true God sent! We passed by Sacramento and figured we have more problems in our trailer than we thought and without trouble shooting and repairing everything we wouldn't be able to go on our week long trip. We Googled RV parts and repairs and by divine intervention it was 7 miles from us. We came just in time to be the first repair of the day. We were greeted by the nicest people in the world. Professional, knowledgeable, quick, polite, superior knowledge in these trailers. They had ALL the parts we needed, they grinded and repaired gas lines, new batteries with installation, repair of electrical line, locks, and water heater cover that they matched exactly to the original! Absolutely the best customer service experience we have ever encountered. Highly highly recommended!!! They service all types of RV's, trailers, etc. they are fully equipped with tons of parts. Give these beautiful people your business, you will be glad you did. Ask for Thomas, he is the man

Do not go here!!!!!!!!! Ahmad was the salesman slash owner slash hustler. After I picked out the trailer I liked. It was time to talk about the price. The guy wouldn't budge on the way to high price. An then laughed a little when I said I needed a little better price. My wife called an he was very rude to her. JUST DON'T GO HERE. If u have read any of my reviews. You would know that I usually try an find one nice thing to say. Not this time. Even the office was all super run down.

    The happy campers!

We bought a used RV here and are pleased with the transaction. Peter, Tommy and Mark make for a friendly buying experience. We had a few issues waiting for parts, but that's due to COVID19 shutdown issues beyond their control. We would definitely shop here again!

Staff is very nice and we did bring it in just before Memorial Day so we knew we would probably have a wait. All we needed was generator oil change, checking the water pump and battery load, looking at the tires sensors, checking the roof and a wash. They said we needed new tape on top to keep the solar panels in place and couldn't find anything wrong with the pump. We got it back after three weeks and on the walk-through were actually told that the guys took all the old tape off and cleaned it up when they didn't even need to do that but they thought it was a water repellent issue which it wasn't. So who knows how much extra time went to that at $175 an hour or so. We also noticed later that we didn't get the tire valve caps back and I went to turn on the air conditioner unit in the 96° heat in downtown Saceamento and they had not turned the switch back on for that in the generator. That meant that after consulting with AI during a work event, I I was crawling under the RV in downtown Sacramento on the street to open the generator cover and flip the switch. The work overall cost $1100. Obviously, we did not think it was particularly affordable, convenient and we're not pleased with the handling of the relatively simple items on our list. There's another place not too far from us and a highly rated mobile technician as well that maybe we'll try next time. ARV business model involves multiple different technicians working on the van, which is why it takes so long, but in addition to the inconvenience we just got pretty mixed results on the work.

During our initial visit, we made it clear to the salesperson that we needed to sell our current trailer before purchasing a new one. The owner, James Bonin, approached us, introduced himself, and emphasized his supposed commitment to customer service. He mentioned he had recently purchased the dealership and asked us to disregard any reviews older than five months--an early red flag in hindsight. He told us we could consign our trailer with his business, looked up the blue book value, agreed our asking price was reasonable, and committed to a 90‑day consignment agreement. We told him we would think it over. On December 30th, we decided to proceed. I called James, but his voicemail was full--another warning sign--so I texted him. We confirmed the price, the 90‑day duration, and the January 10th drop‑off date. He said nothing else was needed. When we arrived on the 10th, James was nowhere to be found. Instead, a salesman--handling his first consignment--attempted to process the contract. When we reached the price and duration, he claimed the price was only the blue book value and went to consult James, who was in his office but still refused to speak with us directly. He tried to talk us out of the price James had already agreed to. After pushing back, the salesman finally wrote the correct price but returned with a 120‑day duration. We again had to correct him before he changed it to 90 days. He then asked for the original registration, insisted they had to keep it, and only provided a copy after I requested one. While we were there, they moved a trailer to the front and asked if we wanted to see it. James himself was the one moving it--still avoiding us. We looked at several units but reiterated that we would not purchase anything until our current trailer sold. Two days later, I realized we had never been given a copy of the consignment contract. I called and spoke with Mike Bonin, who identified himself as the manager. He emailed the contract--but it wasn't even signed by the dealership. A few days later, we searched their website and RV Trader and found no listing for our trailer. When we called, the receptionist to inquire about the status of our trailer, said she needed to "check with James" and that the trailer might be at the RV show with him. After two days with no response, I called again. Mike now claimed he wasn't the manager--despite his email signature stating otherwise--and said we needed to talk to James. At this point, we were genuinely concerned about the whereabouts of our trailer. When I finally reached James, he claimed he hadn't checked his voicemails or texts for five days. I expressed my frustration that the trailer had not been advertised as promised. He apologized and blamed the RV show. I told him I wanted to void the contract and pick up the trailer. He agreed, and we scheduled a time. On January 22nd, I picked up the trailer. During inspection at home, I discovered the light on the automatic jack hanging off and a large crack in the jack housing--damage that was absolutely not present when we dropped it off. Given that they move trailers with a forklift and ball hitch, the height and nature of the damage point directly to their handling. I texted James with photos. He apologized and promised to order a replacement jack and send someone to install it. Weeks passed with no action. On February 6th, I followed up. He asked for my availability; I gave him a full week. He replied, "Got it." On February 20th, after more silence, he said he'd send someone "next week." On March 5th, I followed up again. He didn't respond until March 13th, claiming he was "committed" to replacing the jack and that I had his word. It is now May 4th, and there has been zero follow‑through. No repair, no communication, no accountability. This dealership is run with incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customers' property. Their behavior--from broken promises, to mishandling our trailer, to refusing to communicate--reflects a business that should not be trusted with anyone's RV, money, or time. My advice: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. You can find the same trailers at reputable dealerships that don't operate like a circus. RVs of Sacramento has earned every bit of this criticism, and if I were the owner, I'd be embarrassed. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this appears to be their business model.

They found me a bolt with a nut in there shop . The next day started to install my batteries and noticed the emergency brake release is smashed up against the sway control hitch. The bump now is two bumps and size of a quarter and the front edge of the the trailer is lifting about 2 inches from the edge.
