    Great, safe place to store. Inside is cool without being climate controlled. Definitely less expensive than other storage facilities.

    They were helpful and renting a space was very easy. Nora in the office is wonderful! So sweet and helpful.

    STORE 4296 should be REPORTED to UPS corporate…read more Unfortunately, this is one of the worst UPS Stores in Westlake VIllage or even from here to Downtown Los Angeles, and that's saying a lot because I go to many locations. The biggest issue is the owner, John. He is consistently rude and unprofessional, which clearly explains why so many reviews mention his poor customer service. I asked for his name and he flat out refused, saying, "I'm not telling you." That alone says everything. So immature. This location nickel and dimes customers. Unlike most UPS Stores, they do not tape boxes BUT instead SELL YOU TAPE. For a UPS Store, this feels cheap and unnecessary, especially when other locations tape boxes without issue. They also do not scan packages at the counter. You are told to go do it yourself at the kiosk. Yes they'll help but c'mon just scan a few boxes at the counter when the store is empty! When I placed my boxes on the counter, John removed all of them and put them on the floor, saying customers needed the counter space. The store was EMPTY, one of the slowest locations around because of the owners' terrible service... What makes this even more frustrating is that the younger employees are great. They are polite, helpful, and professional. If the owners stepped back and let the young people who understand service run the place, this store's reputation would improve instantly. Unfortunately, the two older men who run it, including John, are a problem. I now go out of my way to use other UPS locations. Better service, faster experience, a little more understanding customers should be provided tape, and no attitude.

    Judy's Hands came to my rescue, and literally Saved Me from losing one of the biggest opportunities…read moreof my life! If you ever need HELP with any number of household tasks - whether it be as minor as the "Spring Cleaning" you never got around to, or as major as a Move to another city/county/state - Judy's Hands has you covered! When I received a Full-Price Offer on my home in Laguna Niguel, CA the only stipulation from the Buyers was a 30-day Escrow. I countered their offer with a 90-day Escrow because I didn't see ANY way in the world that I could handle such a FAST move! As it turned out, the Buyers also had to vacate their current home in 30 days... so my 90-day suggestion was a Deal Breaker! The Realtor was shocked when I called him to say NO, and we spent three hours on the phone while he tried to convince me that I would be passing up "Dream Buyers" and the "Deal of a Lifetime." After a sleepless night thinking about ALL that needed to be done to wrap up 15 years of my life, and feeling completely overwhelmed, I had a conversation with Judy of Judy's Hands...and she gave me the confidence to call back the Realtor and accept the amazing offer: Judy assured me that she could and would do Everything... and She DID‼ Judy and her Team sorted through my stuffed four-bedroom home, including my 2-Car garage filled to-the-brim, Packing up unneeded items for the poor, Throwing out multitudes of useless stuff, Installing my good clothing into portable wardrobe cases, Assembling and Packing 60 huge boxes, Scheduling pick-up with various local Charities, Finding Movers who would keep my furniture on their trucks until I found a place to move into, Cleaning up the remaining mess... and then Setting up my new place, Unpacking, Hanging up clothing, Placing silverware/dishes/towels/linens etc. where they needed to be, Hanging my paintings... so that all I needed to do was show up with my toothbrush and walk into a tidy and organized new home complete with fresh flowers on the table to greet me! What a Total Relief - Judy's Hands did ALL OF IT for me!     I used Trek Movers for my move on 12/2/25 ,and could not be happier with the experience Trek gave…read moreme. The two movers, Tim, the crew leader, and Sergei, were both very professional, courteous, and took great care with all of my possessions. I had a lot of furniture and 85 boxes and a long stairway for them to go down, and they were very careful with their hand trucks on each step. Nothing I own was damaged. Tim also disassembled and reassembled a large dining table I was concerned about. I left some items curbside for LA Sanitation "Bulky Item Pickup" (I had previously arranged the pickup) to pick up the next day (which they did), and both movers cooperated with me every step of the way. They were also careful moving items into the hardwood floors of my new apartment, reassembling the table, lamps etc. in my new place. I chose Trek because of their very favorable reviews on Yelp and Google, but what really sold me on them was the way their Customer Service people Arthur and Andrew handled my initial calls. I called several movers, but both Arthur and Andrew at Trek were outstanding communicators and from the first call made me feel confident and well informed regarding my move. They were very helpful throughout the 3 week time period from first contact to move completion. Trek's strong commitment to full disclosure and transparency was evident from the beginning. I give Trek Movers the highest possible recommendation, and will not hesitate to use them for any future moves.
