Yesterday I crushed my glasses by accidentally leaning on them. Temples, both flattened and one of the oval's that hold my lens was tweaked, where the lens popped out. I took them to Price where he said he could fix them or at the very least, replace the frame. Not only did he fix them, but he didn't charge me a thing. Amazing customer service and honest speedy repair. I have dropped my Samsung Galaxy 23S Ultra numerous times and the screen didn't break but it began to have issues staying powered on. Throughout the day my phone would randomly power off and the only way to turn it back on was to hold the power button and volume button. Unfortunately it continued to turn off so I contacted Prince Optical Wireless. Aeven was so very helpful. He suggested ordering a new battery and said it would cost $120 including repair. If it wasn't a battery replacement issue he would deduct $60 and if he couldn't fix it, it would be free of charge. Luckily he was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix my phone and he ended up only charging me around $80 or so. I appreciate his honesty and kindness. I live only 1 mile from this place and I never knew they existed. I went there today and Aeven was there to the rescue. I originally thought of just getting new temple arms, but he had a different idea in mind. He took my glasses in the back and literally within 60 seconds he came out and said, "try them on." I did, and now they fit almost perfectly! Didn't have to get new temple arms at all. He had them heated up and straightened, and it was a quick and free service.
