If it were up to me, I'd give this place 0 stars...but unfortunately, you have to give them at LEAST one star. BULLSH!T! These guys should get charged with 1st degree rape. I checked to see the price of a screen replacement on a Galaxy S3. They told me $220, which is ludicrous. I found two other places that wanted $80 for one, $100 at the other one, for a professional replacement including parts and the special optically clear adhesive that goes between the glass and the digitizer. The parts for the repair are less than $25 including tools. Be warned, stay clear of this place for repairs. read more

These guys are great! Paloma assisted me when I came in last Friday (1/31) to trade in an old phone and get some accessories for a phone my carrier was supposed to send me that day. Well, for some reason or another my carrier sent me a COMPLETELY different phone and the cases I purchased Friday weren't going to work. Now A-Z Wireless DOESN'T do returns/exchanges, etc., but when I came in today (2/3) and explained the situation to the manager, showing him the phone my carrier sent me, and not only did he give me store credit, but he was super cool about it; didn't give me ANY crap at all. He was quick issuing me my credit, even assigned it to my phone number, so if I lose the receipt, they can look my credit up with just my number. He even gave me some suggestions on different cases to get for my (unexpected) replacement phone. 5 stars guys. Thanks again. read more

I broke the screen on my HTC1X and I stopped by here and the guy at the counter says it will be $109 to fix. Then another guy comes over and says that there are 3 different types of screens for the HTC1X so it could be $20 more depending on what type I have. I didn't have the phone with me so I came by a few days later with the phone. Trey tells me that the other guys aren't techs and that the parts are expensive and it will be between $120 and $150. I only paid $150 for the phone so I told him I couldn't do that. I also made it clear that I was irritated that they kept quoting my different prices. Trea then says he has a phone no one ever came to pick up and that he could take the screen off that and put it on mine (assuming its the matching type of the 3) and he would only charge me $87. If it was the wrong type he wouldn't charge me anything for labor. He said he couldn't get to it today but that he would call me the next day between 3-4pm. I said okay and left the phone with them. The next day I hadn't heard anything so we called at 430pm. The person on the line says Trey went home and he left a note saying he would get to it tomorrow. For the rest of the night I am fuming and feeling like I left my phone at the sketchiest place ever! The next day I call and he says it's the wrong part for my phone and he will try to order me the part at a discount and keep the price low. I tell him I'm just going to come get the phone today and use it till the part comes in. The whole time I'm thinking I doubt I will let you people near my phone again. Then I showed up to pick up the phone and it's fixed. Trey was there and said he was able to take parts from 2 phones and make it work for mine. I checked it out and the screen worked fine. Now I'm worried he will charge more, but he doesn't. I told him I also wanted to get a case before I left so I choose one. I go to the register and Trey comps me the cell phone case too. Last night I thought I would be posting an angry review today, but because of Trey's amazing customer service I was actually pretty pleased. I will be back if I ever need it, and I will ask for Trey by name. He was awesome. I would have given an additional star, but the lights on my phone for the home keys and such aren't lined up, I may have to go back to have them adjusted. But overall I was pleased that this place made an effort to keep a customer. read more

Horrible service. The technician took my galaxy 5s said he could repair the cracked glass but damaged the navigating buttons at the bottom. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone to fix this and they have not helped. I am filing a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT take your phone there! read more

The customer service is so poor here that I had time to write this negative review from inside the Parkway Plaza Store while arguing with the sales rep! My wife came in 3 times on one rainy day & was treated like a moron! She was charged $100, told she did not know how to properly charge a phone and was treated with the most disrespect she has ever encountered! This is part 2 to my review as well as a response to the comments on my review from the business. First off whether the repair could possibly take up to four hours as you said, you should have quoted me that time instead of the written "1-2 hours" quoted on the repair and as written on the receipt. Secondly I took the ipad to get repaired by actual professionals at the apple store and the repair took ten minutes and was done right in front of me so im not sure why it would take you four hours, AND I'm sure Apple is dealing with the Christmas and holiday hours that you mention youre dealing with much worse than this company is. And when I say actual professionals I mean actual professionals as I say this in regards to your employee ASHLEY who was referrring to Youtube the whole time she was discussing our device when she was returning it, probably where she learned to do these repairs....To the gentleman writing the response to my review, you were not present at the time, so for you to tell me "Once the Ipad 2` was repaired, it was in need of charging as indicated by the properly working repaired iPad, by showing a charging battery symbol whenb plugged into the charger" you are completely wrong, you were not there, you did not see it, no one saw the battery symbol, because the ipad was not fixed properly. I pretty much begged ASHLEY to show me whether or not the device worked by plugging it in to charge, if she could have at least just plugged it in and showed me the battery symbol I would have been happy, but she was not willing to even plug it in for one minute, because they were "closing soon". At that point is when I took it to the nearest charger to see for myself whether it would even charge and show the battery symbol and it did not, which is why I returned even more upset. For you to also say "if you have any experience with iPads" is just ridiculous as a business owner to respond with. Then in your response you mention "in your professional opinion the Ipad just needed to be charged" well all I was asking for her to do was to charge it and show me that it worked, but she REFUSED, and obviousley because she knew she had not done the repair properly so the charging could not have been done either way. Also, you said "because you would have rather had a further broken Ipad Air 2 screen than a new properly working Ipad Air 2 screen, this is not our fault" Please realize how ridiculous that sounds. I came in trying to fix my Ipad. I didn't want it more broken. I ended up asking for the refund and my broken screen back because your employee ASHLEY REFUSED AND REFUSED to charge it once it was "repaired" to show me if it worked. At that moment I was realizing how ridiculous it was going to be to get services provided by you guys so this was becoming my only option. And in regards to your work orders, I saw a lady pick up her cell phone without her work order and speak to SAM on the employees cellular phone about lowering the cost of the repair, so they are not neccessary for you, you needed them both so that this situation would be out of your hair the next day or at least with minimal proof of it happening. I did not grab both work orders from any employee, and did not vandalize any property unless tearing a receipt is considered vandalizing property, she again refused to hand me my devices unless I gave her the only proof there was of this repair, and I personally was not leaving that store without any proof of what happened that day. I have the receipt here and can upload a picture if you want. And finally you keep writing the review as if you were there sir, you were not. Just as you said in your review "I have no doubts that the Ipad 2 that was repaired had any issues," you did not see it, you did not work on it, you did not see the battery symbol appear, and lastly you have not had even an ounce of customer service in you throughout this whole ordeal. If it didnt have any issues why wouldn't your employee show me it was working? ANSWER THAT read more

I also needed a new battery since my phone isn't exactly a spring chicken. I would give zero is possible. One, there is no communication between Sales Rep and Tech (at least at the Parkway Plaza location). I tried to drop my phone off, they told me to comeback in a hour when the tech is in. Hour and a half later the tech actually showed up. Few days later they left a message to say its ready. I double check with a phone call back. The tech tells me its still acting up he will call me back. Two days after waiting for a call, I decided to check. I was told it was ready for pick up. A few hours later after I picked up it, my phone was acting up again. I drop it back. Days after waiting I call, told me they can't really fix and what I would like to do. I demand a refund. They agreed and say they need to switch their parts back for mine. Not a problem. I was told then I can pick it up whenever. I naturally wait a few days, just in case. When I went to pick up the Sales Rep; once again had no idea what was going on with my phone. On top of it told me they still need to switch out parts and I need to wait a whole day t o talk to the tech when he is. I would never refer this place to anyone, unless they get proper communication, more then one tech, and some competent sales reps. read more

I went to this business and asked about fixing my cracked screen for my Samsung Galaxy S3. I already had a new replacement screen for the repair. I was told they could fix it for approx. $55. Ok I thought this was a fair price. I sat and waited for about five min or so while the "repair" guy was chatting on his phone in the back room. Finally he came out. Metal piercings all in his face, stretched earlobe rings. Very professional (NOT). He told me he was not going to fix my phone because they had no "price" list for it. I explained I was already told the price. He replied until the owners say it's okay and what the price will be they will not fix my phone. How do you advertise to repair broken cell phones and have no idea of what to charge? What is going on with Customer Service and the lack of it? I hope the owners read this and reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I rarely ever come across a place that I feel the need to write a bad review.... But A to Z Wireless did it for me. I took my iPhone 5 in to get the screen replaced, and I have been back 4 times since. The first time the guy fixed it the buttons didn't work... second time buttons still didn't work.. third time I stayed and watched the guy do it and he put on two separate screens, one which didn't work and one I left with that turned my phone screen grey. I took it back today and the guy told me "the manufacturers sent them faulty screens." I told him to put on "one of the new ones they got in" and I haven't had an issue yet, but something seems very fishy about the manufacturers sending them 5 faulty screens. Fingers crossed this one works but I advise you to avoid them and pay the extra $20 and get your screen fixed by professionals at Apple unless you want to pay them a few extra visits. read more

Do NOT waste your money or time here. I went in about a month ago to replace my cracked front screen. To replace the iphone screen they have to dismember the phone completely. When I got my phone screen replaced the back camera light would not stop turning on. I went back for a second time and they explained it was a soldering problem that all iphone 4 will eventually have and it can be simply fixed with a removal of one screw, yet they didn't fix it. I went home and dropped my car keys on the poorly made replaced A to Z Wireless screen and the screen shattered. I wasted a total of $70 and 1 hour and 45 minutes just to have my phone worse than it was before. I went in a third time to check the warranty policy because I did not receive a paper copy and they said its not their problem. Along with my phone issues they had very poor customer service. If you want your cracked iphone fixed you might as well just go to the swap meet in spring valley and get it done for $35. read more
