Really good pizza! Quick service. We ordered takeout so didn't get to experience the ambiance.

I seek out pizza places like this one. We landed in Florida and drove an hour to try it. We decided on the supreme Bianca style. The oven is old style stone not conveyor! The pizza hand tossed and the oven tender made the crust perfect. Light char, a little pull to the crust and crispy. The topping were ample without making it a soggy mess. Fresh vegetables and quality meats and pizza making skills made a great pie.

Service: We walked in and were told to sit wherever, we wanted outside but it was too dark and the tables were dirty. We decided to sit inside so we could see each other and our food. We waited 10 min for menus and listened to employees argue over whose table we were. NOTE:(I counted between cooks, servers, etc... 11 employees) once we got menus we ordered drinks and food. While ordering pizza we were told that all toppings cost extra. So the advertised price of a pizza was cheese only. Kinda of disappointing to not include a topping or two for that price. We ordered an appetizer that took approx 15-20 min to come out and then the pizza followed shortly after approx. 35 min. We weren't offered drink refills until after our pizza showed up. Once our food came the waitress seemed a little more attentive with drink refills and asking how our food was. But overall the service was disappointing. Food: The appetizer we ordered was deep fried ravioli with marinara. They tasted like they were frozen and the centers were lukewarm. On the plus side I did enjoy the marinara but wished there was more of it. Once the pizza came it was over cooked, lacking toppings and the cheese didn't go all the way to the crust. The dough tasted like it could've been great if not overcooked but I can only go off what I got. I'm sure this place does well with tourists as it's near that area of cocoa beach but my wife and I will not be going back for the above mentioned reasons. It's a shame when you can get better pizza from a chain type place.

This place is truly a hidden gem. It sits right on A1A in Cape Canaveral, just beyond the traffic light as you cross the Cruise Ship Terminal. Parking is plentiful, easy to access, and easy to get in and out of. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting. The service was top-notch, and our waiters were extremely knowledgeable about the menu, including how everything was prepared. One thing that really stood out to me was the freshness of the food. There are no heating lamps keeping plates warm and no "Chef Mike" (microwave) shortcuts. Everything is made to order, exactly the way you want it. They have a great regular menu, but they also offer specials, which is what I went with. I had the NY Strip special, and it was cooked to perfection! The steak was incredibly well-seasoned and paired with a zucchini and squash medley that tasted like it had just the right touch of truffle oil and garlic. It was seasoned perfectly. I normally don't eat zucchini or squash unless they're prepared a certain way, and this was exactly how I like them. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. Be sure to take a look around at all the space-related items throughout the restaurant--they add a really cool Cape Canaveral touch to the experience. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and a memorable evening. You won't be disappointed!

It was just as good as I remembered... excellent pizza and specials. I ordered salmon with a sweet thai sauce over mashed potatoes and spinach. It was topped with a few plump shrimp, and it was delicious! One of the best meals I'd had in a while. My husband enjoyed his dish as well which was a pasta with a cream sauce and mussels. Unfortunately the dish lacked the pieces of lobster that we were told it would include, but the dish tasted great. Our boys enjoyed their pizza. I'd give the food 5 stars. Overall, I'd give the restaurant 4 stars. I knocked off a point just because it took a while for our server to acknowledge us, and the ambiance was nice enough but not 5 stars quality. I'd certainly visit again if I were in the area.

We pulled into the parking lot, where there was plenty of parking available. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, but we decided to sit inside. There's a mix of regular and high-top tables, so you can pretty much choose whatever feels comfortable. The restaurant definitely has that old town beach feel. There's wood everywhere, and the décor is designed with the ocean in mind. It's casual, relaxed, and exactly the kind of atmosphere you'd expect near the coast. They also have souvenirs for sale, including T-shirts and a few other items. For food, we ordered the 1/2 lb. Fresh Chargrilled Burger and the Surf & Turf Burger. First, the service was great! We were greeted and told to sit wherever we liked, and the good service continued throughout our meal. Of course, we had to try a couple of drinks too! We ordered the Apple Pie Old Fashioned and the Pineapple Upside Down. The Apple Pie Old Fashioned was really good. One of those drinks you could easily have three of before realizing it! The Pineapple Upside Down was good too, but it mostly tasted like a pineapple drink. Tasty, but not much of a buzz. Now, let's talk about the burgers. Both burgers were juicy and flavorful, but I was expecting a little more from the Surf & Turf Burger. There was actually a generous amount of lobster piled on top, and the lobster itself was cooked well. But after tasting it, I found myself wishing I had just ordered a lobster roll instead. For me, the flavor of the burger overpowered the lobster. Lobster has such a delicate, naturally sweet flavor, and I felt like some of that got lost once it was paired with the beef. But that's just me nitpicking and probably a sign that when I want lobster, I should just order the lobster! Overall, we had a good experience. Great service, a fun beach-town atmosphere, good drinks, and juicy burgers made this a nice stop before continuing on to Cocoa Beach.
