First thing Doug had me do was place my computer on the counter. I informed Doug I had someone remote accessing my computer. He said well let's get down to it and find any programs related to this. In about 45 seconds he found four hidden in the program files. Milo then came over and off the top of his head named a few more. As opposed to giving me some BS " Oh we'll fix it " answer and not fixing it!!!!! They showed me in real time what they found. They kept it overnight to let it run. This company was amazing, not only was I working with a old operating system windows 7, I have security on it and he found some malware and spyware and a Trojan. I pay yearly to have a secure system and it still got through my firewall because my system was not being supported by Microsoft any longer. This guy was great, he put a new hard drive, new operating system. Took out all the garbage that accumulated in it, and I had it back the next day.
