First thing I did was check the oil and gas. THE OIL WAS COMPLETELY OUT. Pissed off, I filled it up. Then filled the gas reserve up with new gas/oil. The chainsaw was difficult to start and when I got it running I had to leave it partially choked to remain running. It would not run without being choked. I firmly believe that NATES never worked on this and charged me for servicing it. I'll never be going here again. I HOPE NONE OF YOU MAKE MY MISTAKE Of USING NATES "RIP OFF SERVICE."
