Michael worked with me on scoping the project and suggested a number of possible options as far as possible upgrades but never did it feel like he was trying to up sell me on any of these options. We revised the bid a number of times and Michael was even flexible enough to add a wireless access point at the last moment. On the day of the install Ethan and Santos arrived on time and were clean, quiet and courteous while working. The guys had to first clean up a wiring cabinet that was a rat's nest of useless legacy wiring - the cabinet door was not able to close due to the mess and they cleaned it up so that it now closes with ease. The got the ethernet jacks in all the rooms setup exactly as I had requested and then proceeded to install the wifi access point so perfectly it is almost unnoticeable. Ethan and Santos had to deal with a lot of old technology but were able to weed out everything that was no longer relevant and wire up all the new technology. They reprogrammed by universal remote and gave me a demo of the new setup. Ethan was willing to offer suggestions when I asked about possible other projects and left me with a feeling that if anything was not absolutely perfect I could call and he would be back to make it so ! These guys are awesome and you can use them with confidence knowing they will blow you away with their workmanship.

From the initial design conversations, to install, and finally the hand-off and training on the system, you won't beat the level of professionalism here. These guys clearly know their craft and care about their customers! Our home is running on Control4, and while there's a bit of a learning curve at first once you start to understand what it can do it's an incredibly powerful system. Control4 essentially acts as the operating system for your home, allowing you to control lighting, audio, video, pool, climate, security, and more from one interface. So instead of juggling a dozen different random apps, Control4 integrates all of your devices and apps into a single platform so the whole house functions as one cohesive ecosystem. Ultimately, what really made the experience stand out, though, was absolutely the AHS team. Technology is only as good as the people who design and install it, and these guys were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Install was clean, the training thorough, and they've held our hand every step of the way.
