Approximately 10 minutes into that wait, after his wife complained about the situation, the staff decided they were going to take her husband ahead of us and make us wait instead. Even more concerning, when we called to question the situation, we were told that those customers had arrived before us. That was simply not true. We were physically there and could see the people who had been directly in front of us finishing up when we returned. There was no opportunity for these other customers to have arrived before us, yet we were told otherwise. We understand that delays happen and that businesses can get busy. What we don't understand is changing the order of customers after the fact and then giving customers a false explanation for why it happened. Having people wait around and waste their time because the business isn't managing its appointments properly is inconsiderate and unprofessional. We're very disappointed because we were regular customers and had continued coming despite the inconsistent quality because of the convenience. After this experience, however, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I explained that my mother does not speak English and that I needed to remain there to help translate if necessary. After the massage ended, as we were walking out the door, the therapist stood in front of the door and blocked me from exiting to ask for a tip.
