I went here right before going on vacation to visit family. The lady helping me was very sweet and polite. The gel stayed on for 2 weeks and for me that huge as I'm a bad picker. It held on strong! It won't let you post without selecting a star, but I would give no stars if I could. My girlfriend, who is afraid to hurt feelings, has gotten an infection, not once, but twice from this place. You'd think after the first time, she'd not go back, but she is a sweet and forgiving person. I am not. Based on the lack of cleanliness, she contracted MRSA after the second visit. Please be aware that they clearly do not take sterilization as seriously as they should, if at all. read more

This place is terrible! I'm seven months pregnant and walked in for a pedicure. You would think they never worked on a pregnant women here before. I've had several pedicures done while pregnant and most nail people know our skin is a little more sensitive than usual. She was absolutely brutal to my toes and made me bleed. Then she proceeded to pour a bunch of antiseptic on my toes without asking if I was ok with it. When I asked if it was safe for pregnant women she went and grabbed something else and poured that on my toes. When it was all said and done and I proclaimed my discontent she still proceeded to charge me. Incredible! Stay away from this place! read more

I've never had such a terrible experience as I did at this nail salon! DO NOT GO HERE! In order to take off my shellac they used the acrylic rotating file on both my nails & toes - ouch! I asked if they could just wrap them in foil as other salons have in the past & they said, no. I requested shellac on my nails (since they don't offer it on toes) and the put a gel 'no light needed' polish. When I asked why they weren't using the typical polish & the lamp, she took one out (not a gel polish lamp, just the normal drying/setting lamp) to let me think it was the real deal. 2 days later my toes are already chipping since they didn't use a high quality top coat (they were never shiny), and my poor excuse for a shellac on my nails is already chipping. I'm SO DISAPPOINTED. $50 spent for poor attitudes, rude remarks, and an awful mani/pedi. read more

Had an appointment. Waited 45 mins after my appointment until I received service. Wanted a gelish manicure, what I got was a rude rushed manicure. She cut 6 of my cuticles and tried to just paint over the blood. My gelish has bubbles and is peeling up. Save your time and money and take your business elsewhere. read more

I look like I was in a car accident and now, one week later I still have scabs!! I wish I had known about YELP before going there! She was brutal. This place is horrible! Never go here. I went there with my friend, and the lady we had, used the electrical cuticle remover and kept going over our skin until we started bleeding. She then took my friends finger with blood on it and put glue on it. Then, she put something liquid on our fingers which made our cuticles and fingers burn really bad to where we almost cried. She was rushing and only took 30 minutes on our acrylics. She filed my friends nails crooked, and made the lines on mine crooked. NEVER GO HERE!!! Worst experience ever! read more

I have been going to the salon for years. The prices are really good and I love my shellac mani and deluxe pedi!!! I don't understand how people leave bad reviews when they haven't had the service done by the staffs at this salon. English is their second language so sometimes it can be a misunderstanding but overall, this salon has great prices for the services and staffs are friendly and nice.
