They were very responsive and scheduled me in pretty quickly. I went with the heat resistant ceramic on all windows. The only issue I had was that they did not clean up very well. There was some type of wax liquid run off on the exterior of the truck, under all windows. It was also on the interior door panels and dash. Passenger cup reservoir has a puddle of milky, waxy liquid that was a pain to clean and left a pretty bad odor. I should have had them clean my truck but was in a rush so I can't fault them too much. Brought 2 of our cars in for tinting and received quality work and fantastic service: Our teenage son's 2012 Nissan was in desperate need of tinting and A+ Window Tinting did a first-rate job ensuring his back windows were nice and dark while the front windows + windshield were a little lighter but still tinted and protected from UV rays via the upgraded ceramic product. Also brought in our brand new Kia Carnival to darken up the factory tinting along the same lines - dark in back, lighter up front and even the sunroofs treated with (light) ceramic tinting to let the sunlight in while blocking out the UV rays. I got quote a great price to tint all the windows, except for the windshield, on my Honda Civic. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. I dropped my car off around 8 AM and was able to pick it up around 6:30 PM. The shop is in a small plaza right across from the Roseville DMV office. I got the Rayno ceramic 20% shade all around and it looks great. It's the perfect balance of privacy and heat rejection without it being too dark to see out of at night. They gave me instructions not to roll down any windows for 48 hours but other than that, I was good to go. Something else I know nothing about and do not want to learn. For tasks like this we want people that we can trust at affordable prices. I asked a bunch of questions because I just do not have experience and now I have a bunch of kids that cry every time the blinding sun goes into their eyes. The manufacture tint on my minivans does nothing so I had them add 95 percent and UV protection on the driver side and passenger. I drop my car off and they toss me the keys to their car. I didn't have to pay for gas, they didn't check my insurance, they just trusted me. It made me trust them and when I got back when they said it would be done it was. There were some lines in the tint that I asked about and they said they would be good in a few days but I'd they were not then bring it back.
