Eased my concerns. Noah is amazing. I was quoted for 3 hours for installation and calibration but within an hour the windshield was installed. Noah kept me informed on timing and progress. I love the open communication on how the install is going. My phone was dying and I didn't have the charging block, Noah was kind to allow me to charge my phone with one of their chargers. Definitely feel relieved at how fast I was able to get the windshield replaced.

On our rescheduled date we also took time off work for our 6 our window only to be told twhen they came they wouldn't touch it. They believed the accessory off road lights were after market and they wouldn't do it. After several phone calls when they realized they would be stuck with this windshield they said if we have them taken off they would replace the windshield. We agreed and took yet another day off to take it in and have the lights removed. Safelite rescheduled with us, another 6 hour window for last Saturday. On the second hour of our wait they called to say they were short a technician and could not come to the house, after several attempts to have them cancel their other client as they cancelled on us twice already they still refused and we had to bring the car to them which was another inconvenience because now I couldn't go to work again. We informed them the shop that removed the lights said they were not after market but an option at time of purchase and they didn't care. So basically missed 3 days of work and paid 300 to have lights removed and replaced and they had no remorse and an oh well attitude. I give them only one star as they did finally get the windshield in. Their customer service was horrible and rude and will never deal with them not recommend them to anyone

As I get there, I notice there's quite a line, which means they likely do good work... But which also meant they overbook their days... Anyone who's had multiple cars tinted knows that a tint job doesn't take 7/8 hours to do. I shut business down for three hours in anticipation of maybe a minor delay. Instead, 8hours later, missed kids pickup time, and about $480/$500 worth of business, I finally got my car back. Looks like the tints were done properly, but Thanks but no thanks bub. If we make an appointment for 9, it's only natural for the customer to expect their car back sometime after 12/1. Don't be an asshole on the phone because I called after 6hours to inquire, and don't lie about things being done in a timely fashion. I give a fractured 3rd star because it looks like good work. Shitty communication & customer service though ‍

To sum it up, there was a lack of communication between the family members as to what kind of tinting I wanted done on my vehicle. After they tinted my car, I was shocked to see that everything was entirely wrong. (I had just paid almost $400 mind you) so I was upset, especially considering I was very clear as to what I wanted done to my car. When I went back in the office and asked them about it, they immediately became very defensive and started speaking Spanish so that I couldn't understand. They were visibly panicking, and when we went out to my car, they started coming up with a whole list of random reasons as to why I was wrong... it was very bizarre and made me uncomfortable to the point where I ended up leaving. Essentially, they were gaslighting me to the max because they did not want to admit their mistake. If they had just admitted they were wrong I would have completely understood, but unfortunately, being honest is not the approach that they took in this situation. When I got home, I was looking at my windows and there were many bubbles on every window except for 1 (as well as scratches on the inside of the passenger side window). I know that it takes a few days for the bubbles to work themselves out, so I held off on writing this review. It is now over three days later and my windows are still bubbly which is a real bummer. I will have to go somewhere else to get this problem fixed. I will not go back to Goat Tints because if they did such a careless job applying the tints, I don't trust them to remove them properly. Regardless, just be aware that these are not honest business people and I do not recommend this business.
