A doctor came in and spoke to the assistant for a minute, Then told me to go to Miami or Tampa to find a Neuromuscular Doctor because there are none in SW Florida. I called them at least 6 times and left messages to get a referral letter, but no one ever called me back, Funny thing is I got a hand written note card (A woman's writing) from supposedly Dr. Patel saying it was nice to meet me. Never saw the guy even in the hallway ! This business is a sham. I am currently seeing an other Neurology practice in Naples who are very caring and helpful. I am scheduled for treatment and they have contacted me 4 times today alone.

Everyone looks pissed off and they snapped at everyone they speak to. You walk in and they won't even talk to you unless you sign in and sit down. I needed to ask if I was in the right location and they wouldn't even speak to me Then my mom went in for her X-ray and the tech literally threw her leg around, making her stand without her walker along with bending her knee well past 90 degrees. I am surprised that NCH employees these people as the first ones to "assist" and check in patients. Its no wonder their Google reviews are awful. If you want a stress free experience I recommend driving a little further to the one in Bonita!

No one answers for at least 15 minutes, and when someone finally does, they give an excuse like "you've reached the wrong option" and put you back on hold for another long stretch. When another representative finally picks up, they say they haven't received the order and even in this digital era, it takes them more than two days to get a digital copy. It's complete mismanagement. When you visit their center, there's mostly no one at the front desk. You end up playing a guessing game about whether anyone is even there. There are no clear instructions about hours or any way to alert staff that someone is waiting. Overall, the experience is chaotic and unprofessional.
