Called them to clean the ducts and they were running a summer special, it all came down to 350ish and + they did the dryer vent for free. The before and after photos were really eye opening. When two workers came to do the work, Kevin was very thorough and explained to my wife exactly what was going to happen. While I was at work, she felt comfortable as the Kevin and their crew. This was great, as she had prior experience with another duct cleaning company that wasn't positive. Very fair pricing, and outstanding technicians! I had them construct a new dryer vent exhaust system (because my existing was compacted and not up to code). Their solution was cheaper than repairing the old line, and is honestly way more practical, efficient and more aesthetically pleasing than the old one. They also did swift and efficient air duct cleaning and I had them install an additional air vent in an upstairs bedroom. I was impressed with their knowledge, talent and professionalism. Extremely pleased with their service. My son purchased a town home and the previous home history was sketchy. He had "another" vent service, found via Groupon come out and as soon as they arrived they tried to up sell. Right off the bat they said it was too plugged and to do the dryer vent would be ANOTHER $159 above the Groupon price he paid.. He told them bye bye.. A-Z Air Duct was called because they were highly recommended by a friend and had good Angie's List reviews.. I went down to let them in for my son. We didn't really know where the vent exhausted out. Service guys Joe and Bryan quickly found that the vent was up on the second level and ran the cleaning rod down the vent from above and then from the dryer side. They removed a huge amount of lint. Now the dryer vent has great air flow. These guys even trimmed back the dryer vent behind the dryer that was coiled up. Very knowledgeable, friendly guys. Highly recommend A-Z Air Duct. read more

The owners of this business are answering the phone when you call and discuss what needs to be done. They keep their word and show up. Anyone who has experienced the game we will be there and this is the price only to find your waiting 2-4 hrs for a no show or a high up sell, you need to call these guys. The price was $150 less than the other's I called and one person who I think stacks his own reviews got testy after I busted him double talking to find out he was contracting the work out and getting paid to take your call. This is risky as far as who is liable when you need to address something after the work is done and payment is made. We purchased a new washer and dryer, did the first load of laundry, and our new dryer "told" us that our vent was 90% blocked! Hmmm. After only 18 years? Seems like the dryer is smarter than I am. So, we called AZ Air Duct. They had a special price going, and were even able to come out the same day (and save our wet laundry!!). Joe and Eric arrived promptly, and took the time to answer my many questions. They clearly knew what they were doing, and cleaned the duct from bottom to top (mine exits through the roof). Very professional and thorough. Who knew that lint can cling to a vertical tubing? I didn't, but it can. I had not noticed, but Eric pointed out to me that the new dryer (220v) wiring had not been installed correctly (by "local merchant"). The support guard for the wiring as it enters the back of the dryer was never installed. Could easily cause a short. Off I went for the part. So thanks to these guys, my duct-work is now completely clean and open, and the dryer is connected safely. I could not have expected more. I am recommending this Company to all of our friends, as well as you. We will return well before 18 years next time........ :-) read more

Being in the medical bussiness, I have tried many decongestants and antihistamines, but nothing helped control my allergies. Ironically, it was always worth at night time and at HOME! I heard that cleaning your air duct can help with allergies and at this point how much money I already spent on allergy medication, was definitely worth trying cleaing my air duct. To my surprise, the workers were very professional, efficient and explained everything they were doing in detail to me! After having a tile replacement project in my home, I found that the A/C vents were spouting this very fine dust every time the A/C came on. Called my A/C guys and the recommended A-Z Air Duct. Called them & they came out later that same day & spent 7-8 hrs thoroughly cleaning all my vents, A/C returns, bathroom exhaust fans & my dryer vent. What a great job they did!! Can't say enough about Bryan & Jeff--they both did excellent work. The following day I did laundry & my dryer kept turning off after running for about 10 mins. I had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. Having lived in my home for over 14yrs and haven't had this work done...I was worried about the quality of air inside. I called around a few businesses since none of my friends had had this kind of work done either. I chose to give A-Z Air Duct mine since they were prompt and eager for my business too. Erik and George were onsite as expected - actually, even a few minutes earlier than anticipated. They did a thorough job while covering up the areas under the vents and even agreed to cover their shoes as we had just had extensive professional cleaning of the carpets. I was referred by another company Howard Air . I was in the market to get Aero Seal done and I am glad I had these guys come out. They did the air test to see what kind of leakage I had. Wow I had the equivalent to a 39 SQ inch hole, when the process was done the new reading is 1 SQ inch. from 207 CFM to only 4 CFM. I can't wait to see how much this will help reduce of power bill. The guys cleaned up good and I watched what they where doing, being I am curious. They even replaced the old screws for new one on all the vents and they are all white. Thank you guys! read more

I moved into a home in Gilbert that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years, and was scared of what might be in the ducts after seeing the layer of grunge on the air filter.
