Xpel of Little Rock removed the old film and reinstalled. They were True professionals and did a phenomenal job the way that it should've been done the first time. I will bring every car that I have back to them for any of their services. I would not hesitate letting them work on any vehicle. They certainly are not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. My tint job had some bubbles and lifting in it, but given the lifetime warranty, I called to make an appointment to get my tint redone. It took two weeks for me to set an appointment date because the guy who answered the phone kept telling me to call back at another time when this other person that supposedly handles these situations was in. Finally settled on an appointment date and the guy informs me that they are now a mobile tinting company so he will come to me and to text him my address. The day before my appointment, I texted back to confirm if my appointment tomorrow was still on...no reply. I took off a few hours of work to be home during the tint job the morning of the appointment, and no one showed up. I messaged the company on Facebook with my complaint. My message was read by them, but I received no acknowledgement or apology. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shady company by taking your business elsewhere.

Two of the windows in our living area were with the least severe coating and our view is clear, no distortion. . Our bathroom window had the heavier coating and the tint is also undetectable. Miles, the owner, said his work was warranted for as long as I own the house and the glass he worked on was warranted against breakage for a year. Two of the 11 windows have now cracked. He was quick to turn the first one in to his warranty company and I got paid. Now he is totally avoiding me on the second. No response to emails, phone, Facebook, nothing.
