When I booked this appointment with Renée, I gave her the exact measurements of each room that they would be cleaning. They quoted me $325. When Chem Dry here to clean my house, I got a call saying that instead of 400 ft.² they needed to clean 800 ft.². That's quite the difference. I let the gentleman know that felt like them giving me the other quote was just to get into my house and he assured me, they were going to do a fantastic job. They sent one man. He was here for exactly 1 hour. They charged me $515 which I did agree to so that is not the problem. However, when I got home from this $515 carpet cleaning job, I decided to vacuum my carpets because I was finding stuff on the ground. Still which I should not be finding after they did a thorough job. I want to state, when I talk to Renée on the phone before they came out, she assured me on the recorded line, do not vacuum your floors that is part of the amazing service that we offer. Perfect. I did not vacuum. However, that evening when I got home, I decided to vacuum the carpets after they said they did the job. I'm going to go ahead and post a video of a vacuum canister that was completely empty and once I vacuumed the space that they were supposed to do it was 2/3 of the way full! I made another video to show them the space that I did not ask them to do so that they would see, I only vacuumed what they were supposed to clean. I will post that video as well. The morning that they came, my dog has terrible allergies and did a little sneeze on the carpet. I very lightly tried to wipe up the snot, but I left it because I knew they were coming, and I did not want to embedded in the carpet. That spot was not even touched. When I called them that evening and explained everything to Renee, she did not want me to send any pictures, she did not want me to send any videos. She wanted to talk to the owner and take care of it. When I spoke to Pepe a few days later, he said they would send someone back out to clean the house again. I am not going to invite someone back into my house to do a job that should've been done right the first time. The fact that you would charge me $515 and walk away thinking that you had a job well done? I'm not going to ask you to come back. The comeback service is very nice if you missed a coffee spot under a desk. It is not a service that I'm going to take when you literally did not clean my whole entire house. Do with what you want these photos and videos. After he refused to help me any further, I ended up having to take this situation up with my credit card to have them dispute the charge for me.
