Complete SCAM-FRAUD artist, Antonio (Tony) Dominguez. He came to the house to repair the freezer. He was supposed to change compressor and clean the vents. Parts and labor was $1,000. He never repaired the freezer, stole the motherboard of the refrigerator, and now I have no working refrigerator or freezer. He claimed that he was ordering the parts and NEVER did. Instead he took the deposit check and cashed it within minutes of him leaving. I had to call in another Pro (an additional expense) who confirmed that the "new" compressor that Tony replaced was actually used and he never thoroughly cleaned the vents that was $250. This guy showed up at my place to remove a cabinet and install a dishwasher. $700 later, I still have no dishwasher or cabinet but I am missing vital installation pieces and I now also have no water in my sink because the hoses he installed are leaking. He showed up at my house in a jeep with four huge monster tires and when I asked him why he didn't have a company car, he said that he works for his father and that's his personal company car. He first said that my Dacor oven's computer was not working and that it would cost 700$ to repair it but then lowered his price down to 500$. He said he would order the part and that I would have to pay half in a check in his name which was suspicious already but said that's how he was able to lower the price. i wish there was an option to give this man zero stars. one star is really being quite generous. i had him come by to take a look at our air conditioner and he gave us a 'diagnosis' and an estimate for his labor and the parts and his time and whatever else he would need us to pay for. we had a bad feeling or just a gut feeling that something was off so we had a second opinion. well, comes to find out that he completely misdiagnosed the problem and not just double but almost tripled the price of what it would cost for the work and labor and parts whatever else he would need. also, get this-- some part he said that we "needed" is one which didn't even exist!!! how messed up is that? As the other reviews say, Tony Dominguez is a complete con artist. He works under other company names such as "Appliance Pro Shop" and along side another individual John Perkins Correa. They requested initial payment for a part through Zelle. They came, did the installation, left with an unfinished job (appliance still not working) and advised me they would come back later in the day to finish the job out later, it's about a month later and I ended up having to work with another individual to finish the job, since Tony was beyond unresponsive. They charged $150 for labor. I found out later I was charged 130$ more for the part and they didn't install it correctly. Please learn from my mistake and avoid these two at all costs if you are looking for professionalism, reliability and honesty. read more

FRAUD. Tony is the guy. He says he is Miele certified. He is not. He said my dishwasher needed three things repaired. He said he would order the parts and return in one week. He charged my AMEX $1303. on the day he said what the problems were. He said he communicated with my dishwasher through his phone when he came to the house. He didn't return my phone calls AND cursed at me when I complained. He was a complete fraud. AMEX returned my money and will take it up with him. I hope they cancel his merchant number. read more

Can I mark this "ZERO"? Obviously we were another in a long line of duped victims of this fraud. Charged us over $500 for installing a part that costs maybe $80 retail. Less than thirty minutes putting it in and made my wife write him a personal check not made out to the company but to his name, Tony. RED FLAGS!!!!! So, less than three weeks go by and the repaired part breaks again. Phone calls go directly to voicemail, the voicemail greeting says its a different phone number than what you dialed, another phone number goes to voicemail with no greeting at all, text messages go unanswered, emails are not answered...never calls back. This company is a scam. JT appliance and A1 appliance work together. I called out for a fridge repair he lied about parts he said he had replaced and the problem is the exact same before he came out. DO NOT USE A1 appliance or JT appliance. I tried to get a refund but they refuse. The address they use for their company is a Pak Mail address so when they stop answering calls there is no way to get in contact with them to get your money back. read more

The technician said he was certified for Scottsman icemaker. He charged me over $800 dollars for an unnecessary part and tried to cash the check immediately upon leaving my house. He refused to wait to see if the part fixed the problems as well. I called Scottman and they sent a real technician. It was simply a switch on the front of the unit for $300 dollars. Further, Scottsman confirmed that he is not a certified technician with them, even though he markets himself as certified with their company. I called the company and told them to come get their part since it was unnecessary. They never showed and they were highly unprofessional and rude during the entire process. DO NOT USE!!! *FRAUD* Paid $600 to install 2 new parts on a fridge then it broke again after one week and then 3 weeks. Tony did not show up to 4 appointments. Had to seek a second opinion and pay another call out charge to find no new parts had in fact been installed. All parts had original wiring and main part still broken. Tony threatened me not to get another service company to look at the fridge or my warranty would be void. Huh...no wonder because no new parts were installed!!!
