Vladimir came out to look at our dryer that was having a problem. It is a unique installation that requires access through a crawl space. Vladimir did not want to work on the machine because he didn't want to use the crawl space due to his bad back. That is fine, totally understand. The problem though is that he pulled the machine out enough to apparently disconnect the vent which we didn't realize until the next dryer load we ran. When I called back to have Vladimir reconnect the vent that he disconnected, he refused and simply said 'this is not my problem'. This was a highly unprofessional response. The service was perfect and the process seamless. He came and immediately fixed the ice maker and identified the issue with a leak in the upper refrigerator zone. He wasn't sure how to take the unit apart so came two days later with the equipment to clean out the water line and fixed it. If there were 10 stars, I would give Vlad all 10. He was amazing again. This time, an only 2 year old Bosch dishwasher went out. The first call went to Bosch where we found out it was no longer under warranty. They offered to send someone out to look at it but for a cost so high it would have made more sense to replace this relatively new machine. Of course, we instead called Vlad. He is so trustworthy, we knew that we would be able to believe whatever he said. He looked at it and at first was baffled because diagnostics checked out yet it still didn't work. But, you are not going to believe this ~~ VLAD left and researched the issue until he came up with some answers. He stayed in touch with us, he was at the house 3 times and was able to replace the communication part that was causing the problem. And, his charge was very reasonable for all this service. I can't recommend A1 Appliance repair enough! My washing machine stopped working. He came out and quickly figured out the drum was jammed. He cleared the jam and explained what happened and what I can do in the future if it does it again. He did not charge me!
