Jay was able to come out on the same day I called, and I feel like I really lucked out! We had a clog in our washing machine that we just couldn't find, but sure enough, Jay was able to find it! Jay arrived hours after our first call to A+. In itself that was remarkable since find good service for our Wolf stove has been challenging and our experience is long waits for an appointment. Jayvdiagnosed 2 problems within a half an hour, one of which was user error, but the second was a bad part. After thinking he had it on the truck, he did not. He looked over and noted wires incorrectly routed which he noted. The diagnosis fee was considered in the final price and he ordered the part. It was the holidays so we were busy but within a week the part was here. For his installment appointment he txted me first, arrived early in the appointment window and installed and tested several times for us within 30 minutes. So I was ready when my Miele built in oven broke. Kinda ready.... Emil, the lovely owner of A plus appliances worked for a few hours brilliantly troubleshooting the problem.. I watched and marveled and saw how his years of experience brought this ability to problem-solve when most other technicians would have quit. At some point I'll be spending a lot to replace these appliances but Monday was not that day. I called at 8:50 AM on a Monday with a Frigidaire oven that wouldn't heat. By 9 they had already called back with a quote for services and by 10:30 my oven was fixed! He even looked at a tricky fridge repair and said it wasn't worth the money the repair would cost for such an old unit.
