After multiple unfortunate incidents involving my Mazda CX-5, caused by third parties, they have proven time and again that they are the absolute best in the business. If you're looking for experienced, talented, and above all, trustworthy professionals, stop searching now. My first experience was when a Mazda dealer recommended them after a reckless driver hit my parked, accident-free CX-5. I was extremely anxious, but BeeZee owner was wonderfully kind and assured me the car would be restored so perfectly that no one would ever know the damage occurred. They delivered on that promise completely; the car was back in pristine condition! Unfortunately, I had two more incidents: a hit-and-run on my driver's door and then significant roof and sunroof damage from a faulty garage door sensor. These were complex repairs, but the Beezee team handled them seamlessly. The owner once again assured me of a perfect outcome, and true to their word, I picked up my car on time and it genuinely looked brand new again. This is a stark contrast to bad experiences I've had at other shops in Miami, FL (work so poor it made me sell the car). Beezee is the complete opposite. It's clearly a welcoming, family-owned establishment, and their integrity is exceptional. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer. They even handle mechanical work and I now use them for all my oil changes and regular maintenance. The dealerships quote was 3x what national quoted me and I didn't even trust the dealer they were being honest about what needed fixing. I took my car directly from the dealership to National for them to confirm and do the work. All the items were taken care of and the car was ready early the next day. Would not take my cars anywhere else. They have excellent customer service and are very detailed and transparent on their quotes. You can see the street price for the parts they are charging me for and the markups are reasonable (they deserve to make a profit like any business) but the dealerships are just greedy putting a 300% markup on parts.

Here's an example: It was probably the first time I went to Top Notch. My 1993 Grand Am had a broken driver's side power window. The car was less than 3 years old, but I was passed the 36,000 warranty mileage. I first went to Firestone to have it fixed. Just over a year later it broke again. I went back to Firestone and they said their warranty was 1 year, and I was passed that by a week or 2. I went to Top Notch, who fixed the window for less money, and it lasted 5 or 6 more years until the car was totaled.

I was sold. The place is really just a garage. I parked on the street and walked in and there was one guy working and he was currently welding something on a car. When he was done with that, he saw me and let me know it would be about 30 minutes and to just wait in my car. After 30ish minutes he waived me into the garage and looked at my car. He immediately found one part that needed to be replaced and something else that was broken that he could fix, and let me know it would be $60 to fix both!!! Could not have been more relieved. He finished working on my car in about 15 minutes and I was on my way.
