Very Disorganized and Unreliable Service I reached out to this company after finding them on Yelp to replace the rear window on my F-150. At first, communication was quick and pricing seemed reasonable. I provided all the details they needed -- including the VIN -- so they could order the correct glass with a power slider and defrost. They told me the part would be ready Friday and tried to schedule me that day, but I was only available Monday. When Monday came, they called sounding completely disorganized. It was obvious they hadn't shared any notes internally because the person I spoke with thought I needed a stationary piece of glass. I had to give them my VIN again, and they then told me I'd have to bring the truck into their shop -- even though I had requested mobile service from the start since I can't take time off work. After that, I didn't hear back for the rest of the day until I followed up myself. They then told me they needed a "special tech" and would send someone Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went, and no one ever showed up or called. Their excuse was that a special technician was needed to remove the slider motor -- but I had already done that and even sent them photos to make things easier. Overall, this was a huge waste of time. What started as a promising experience turned into poor communication, disorganization, and no follow-through. read more

I actually got to visit both stores and had a great experience at both. Tommy at the Broadway location told me the truth about fixing my chip, that there was still possibility I would see the repair. Since it would be in the direct center of my viewing area, I opted for full windshield replacement. He ordered the windshield right then and there but said I could get it installed the next day at the Main Street location. I arrived at my appointment time and met with Tony, who is a fabulous person, btw. I was out in less than an hour. The waiting area has nice cushy chairs, water and a TV, which we never had to use, because the other customers waiting with me became my new family! Overall I would say this is what's missing in other businesses, the care, the professionalism, the speed, and the overall satisfaction of being treated like a valued customer.
