So based on having to get a new windshield only a few months after and going to a different glass company .. I would not give this place the same review . Sometimes I feel I'm too nice .. however they did install the wrong windshield (yes the wrong windshield ) for about the same price this new place is installing the right windshield. This new place said I'm also missing a piece to my windshield that they were supposed to remove . They were still nice and quick , but I definitely am seeing the difference between a 5 and a 3 windshield replacement place . - In response to your response ... he did not give me back the piece my original windshield had . I did call back when my window had cracked again within a month of receiving the new one and he did not offer me a discount on the right windshield . And yes .. after we had been there about 45 minutes and the new windshield was in place he said it was the wrong one , I just said leave it . Funny enough what you were going to charge me for the new right windshield is $90 more than I just paid for the right one at a different place . Called on December 29th and spoke to a girl who asked for my license plate and said it was $245. I asked if there's a difference in price since I have a sensor and she said no. Today I called again to make an appointment. Booked my time and asked what the wait time would be and I was quoted 1.5 hrs. I ended up waiting 2.5 hrs and the price for a windshield with sensors wasn't the same price, it was more! When I mentioned I spoke to a girl a couple days prior and was told it was $245 they said no girls work there. Yet, I clearly spoke to a female who said the name of the same company and the same location. They also had to go to the warehouse to pick up the windshield and online on the website it says " Any unavailable item can be delivered from our in-town warehouse within 15-20 minutes so that no time will be wasted with your windshield repair. " Yet, the dude was gone more than double that time! Also, make sure to check your vehicle before leaving because the trim piece was installed incorrectly. Thankfully, I was still there and the older guy came out and fixed it. read more

I reached out to a number of places to get quotes for a windshield replacement for a Subaru Impreza. I had a lot of questions, such as whether they do the recalibration for EyeSight (they do) and I had them all answered before showing up to the business. The price was very competitive and they had availability to see me soon, which was great! The only "difficult" thing about this place is that if you don't slow down to really look for the building and the entrance you can miss it and it's a little bit of a process to get back there. I needed windshield replacement on two vehicles: a 2000 Honda Accord 4-door SE, and a Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT. Ivan was first off kind enough to do both of them on the same day, and the work he did was above and beyond. He also gave us suggestions on the type of molding (which he didn't need to oversell). We trusted his judgement. He also gave us a deal on both cars since we had them done the same day. $200 for the Accord, and $220 for the Ford. Pros: Quick to get an appointment, location, price. Cons: No updates through the several hours. I understand if the workers are taking their time but as a courtesy, it should be standard to give an exproximate time of when the vehicle will be ready. I personally had to check up to see when my vehicle was ready. Otherwise I woukd have had no clue if the work was complete. Would suggest updating customers with an approximate pick up time. Noticed dark residue/dark finger prints inside of the upper interior of the car near the visor area/inner side panel upholstery. A complete job should be meticulous. Not leaving me to clean up a mess that wasnt there to begin with. Would have thought that they would have a vaccume of some sort to pick up left over glass debri as a courtesy and again a standard most places take a quick effort to make sure the job looks complete and safe/free of glass debri. A few other discrepancies such as plastic liner that adheres to winshield on my particular model was installed improperly without care. Could have advised as a courtesy. Noticeable gap between the upper windshield section. Was not like this prior and most likely will have to fill it with a weather adhesive. In summary the place is cost effective, yet attention to detail needs a lot of work. No matter if your working on a high end car, or a well taken care of daily driver. read more
