This is avtually my second time using Mark's Auto Glass. My Ford Transit van has a sizeable windshield and seems to be a magnet for every piece of hard debris thrown up from the road. My GF's PT Cruiser has some windshield issues also. I called Mark's Auto Glass, spoke with April, got a competitive quote right there on the phone, and set an appointment for them to come out and do both windshields. Long story short, skipping some chronology, the PT developed serious engine trouble, so it's getting scrapped instead of getting a new windshield. However, when Josh and April showed up and did the Transit van, they were very professional and friendly (and they have a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau). Josh knew his job and did it well. My aftermarket stereo had a microphone for the phone function mounted on the front edge of the headliner, less than an inch from the windshield, and he never even touched it. That speaks of precision. And with all the heavy rains we had at the time, not a trace of a leak. If I ever need another windshield replaced, Mark's Auto Glass is in my contacts. It had been about 12 years since I had to replace the windshield on my 4Runner. I'd been wanting to as it was very pitted with several small chips, but then a rock on the freeway gave me the large crack I'd been so secretly desiring. Everyone I interacted with was very prompt, professional and responsive and we were able to schedule an appointment the next day. (needed to get the part) When I got there, I was greated by Mark himself who informed me that I was going to get serviced by the owner today. Off to a good start. A few minutes after leaving to get a bite to eat while they worked, I got a call. Apparently the last time it was replaced, the job wasn't done right and Mark wanted to show me the damage. Clearly, the windshield hadn't been sealed right and there was a good amount of rust and corrosion. They offered to fix it all for me, including rust proofing and priming the metal, but they'd need to keep it overnight. At this point I was grateful to have someone take the time to do the job right. A less scrupulous business could have popped a new windshield right back on, and I never would have know the difference. Just got back from picking up the car, and the work looked pristine. When it came time to pay the tab, I was expecting a potential additional charge for the additional work they had done. No such up-sell, they honored the original quote and earned a loyal customer. Way to go above and beyond and offer solid pricing to boot. Now I'm going to refer others here with great confidence. read more

Over $300 less for same spec glass and no need to recalibrate, but could've if needed. They are qualified to do so. The friendly woman who answered my call was able to schedule an appointment for total replacement the next day with an estimate half the price of a leading national chain. I had a crack down the center of my sunroof glass and could not get anywhere with three dealerships. It's a specialty part so they couldn't do it and most glass replacements only do windshields or side windows. Finally called Mark's based on one of the referrals through my dealership. Took my car in yesterday. My back drivers side window was shattered from vandalism I called a few companies they were by far the most reasonable in price and worked me in that same day. I was offered appointments several days out by other companies so after calling at about noon the wonderful receptionist immediately ordered my new window and gave me an appointment for 3:30 that same afternoon. The entire office showed great customer service a genuine care for my situation and gave my the greatest experience after the most awful experience with the brake in of my car.
