I was there for less than 30 min but the lobby waiting area did not have any complimentary coffee or drinks like the board clearly mentioned, so I was a little disappointed in that. The overall wash of my car was okay, there were still some sap spots left and I could still see my fingerprints on the trunk of my car. My interior mats are not cloth so it looks like they avoided cleaning that but the debris was vacuumed up. In the future, I would probably be better off going to the Costco car wash and vacuuming the inside myself but maybe one day I'll give their detail services a try.

I came in on a Saturday after lunch and was one of the first customers. The guy assigned to my car looked like he didn't even want to be there--zero attention to detail. The job was rushed and sloppy: small spots of debris were left behind, and the back wasn't even properly vacuumed. I paid $30 for a "regular" car wash that honestly wasn't worth it--you can get better results for $7.99 at Costco. What's frustrating is that I trusted they did a good job, so I didn't check before leaving and even tipped. Big mistake. Management seriously needs to step in. If employees don't want to work, they shouldn't be there. It's disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. Do yourself a favor and don't support a business that clearly doesn't care about you or your car.

I got the $20 wash and it was decent since my vehicle had been pretty dirty from the rain the last few weeks. The wheel and tire cleaners were just ok. Didn't really do much and I'll probably stick to the basic wash next time if I come back. The vacuums are strong and there's plenty of bays. They didn't give you anything like a towel or like an interior wipe with the wash, but they probably do that with the top-tier wash since I saw the wipes there. It's in the same parking lot at a gas station and donut shop. Decent wash but still searching for a quick drive thru that won't scratch the paint as bad as the plastic bristles do.

I finally got a hold of a manager who was able to find the correct active account--apparently there were two accounts with my name in the system that the staff failed to properly identify and cancel. I was told by staff back in March to dispute the transactions, which the merchant rejected. I am out $80 from this continued negligence and poor customer service for a membership I requested cancellation for back in December 2025. 3/30/2026 I hate to write 1 star reviews for any business, but unfortunately this is an unethical business. I requested a cancellation of my car wash membership back in December 2025. I continued to get charged. When I went back in March 2026 to ask for a refund for 3 months of continued charges, staff confirmed a cancellation note was entered but never processed. The staff member also said the owners do not give refunds and would call me to offer an exchange of service, like full detailing. They never called. No confirmation of the cancellation request both times. The staff said to try and call the credit card company to dispute the transaction because people have better luck with that. This response only affirms that multiple people must have the same issues attempting to cancel their car wash membership. This service is terrible and unethical, which is unfortunate because their car wash machine was good.

The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent.

She needs a raise because she makes everyone feel appreciated and that makes everyone feel good. We come here every week for a car wash. The guys here are amazing and they do a great job. The car is always super clean and smells really good. We have a package deal and we get all the car washed almost every week (with the exception of a rainy forcast.)
