I had not made an appointment but they got me right in! I needed ink fingerprint cards made. The girl they got to help me was inexperienced and had to keep doing practice cards and paper... Refusing to guide my fingers. She even put the right hand prints in the left hand box. I finally had to ask for someone else. The next lady got it done much quicker. I just got a job at a school and they need me to get my fingerprints done ASAP. It was quick and easy to get an appointment. I came in today to get them done. I even arrived early and they took me right away! Literally right away I was in and out in like less than 15 minutes. When I arrived I signed in and a kind gentleman offered me something to drink (btw that was very nice of him) then Lia called me to the back to take my finger prints. Although I didn't end up going here to get my fingerprints done, I felt the need to comment on the excellent customer service I received from Tim. So I called in and was in the process of scheduling an appointment when I realized that they didn't do ink fingerprinting. So we hung up and I didn't think anything of it. Not too long afterward, I got a phone call from a number I didn't recognize. It turned out to be Tim and he provided me with the phone number for another business in the area that did ink fingerprinting. Wow! Talk about going above and beyond. I was very impressed. Tim mentioned that they were in the process of adding ink fingerprinting to their repertoire. Unfortunately, I needed to get mine done ASAP so I couldn't wait. However, if I ever need to get fingerprinted again, I would definitely go here just for his excellent customer service. read more

Came in to get an ink fingerprint card to send the the FBI for a student visa, was rejected as it was not good enough quality. Called them back to see if they would try again for free as it was their error, they said no due to their policy which I understand but should be evaluated as it was their error. However then the woman started arguing that it was a scar on my finger... I have no scars on my finger and she never actually looked at my fingers, just gave me the card and ink... Not to mention when I walked in for an appointment the woman working there spent 10 minutes showing her boss personal items unrelated to work that she was buying rather than helping a customer who just walked through the door....save your money and go somewhere else read more

I had to get my finger prints taken for me to get my state licenses and I was extremely satisfied with the ABOVE AND BEYOND LEVEL of service I was provided. I walked in the office and was greeted right away, offered coffee or water, was asked to sign in, then call back immediately, got my prints take and was in and out of the office in less then 10 minutes from the time I walk in to when I walked out. That's the QUICKEST LIVE SCAN I have every done and I have had to do a few over the years for various reasons. The staff was very professional and friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I had to get my fingerprints done for my California massage license and was very pleased with how fast and efficient the process was. I was coming from Tecate Mexico and needed directions more than once over the phone and the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and took her time with me. The lady who took my fingerprints was great too. I had to hold my baby girl while we did the actual fingerprinting and it was a juggling act holding her in one arm while i did my prints on the other hand. Went yesterday and no one was authorized to do fingerprints had an appointment today I go and the door is locked and it says closed.

Needed my fingerprints ink rolled on a card. The girl doing them seemed very inexperienced and the fingerprints appeared smudged to me. I questioned her at the time and she said it was fine. Get back a letter stating they are not readable and need to be redone. Asked for them to redo them for free since it was their incompetence and they stated they don't have anyone doing that right now and can't redo them for a couple of weeks. I need them for a medical license so cannot wait indefinitely. Requested they refund my money since I have to go somewhere else, I am willing to bring in the letter from the FBI office stating they were not done legibly and they are not able to redo them, they told me no. I have had my fingerprints done multiple times and never had an issue. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new staff, however they do not stand behind their service and have no problem keeping the money for a job they are not able to perform. read more

If you are looking for a nice, easy way to get your finger prints done, this is by far the best place to check out! I recently needed to get my prints done for a new job, so I thought I'd try this place out. It's close to home, easy to get to, and they even accept walk-ins! I decided to give them a call to see if this was the right place to go to for a live scan. The helpful lady over the phone walked me through exactly what I needed in order to come by and get my prints done. I finally found enough time to stop by and I was hoping it wouldn't take too long, but I estimated about 30 minutes. As I walked in, the lady at the front desk greeted me in and asked me to sign-in. All I could think about was how long they would have me waiting if I had to sign-in! Geez! Once I signed in, the sweet lady at the front went to the back and inputted my information. She called me back within a minute of waiting and completed the livescan in just 10 minutes! This was by far the quickest and easiest process ever. It seems that no matter what profession you are in or are embarking in, prints are needed. The staff at A1 are just that. I had to do a (do-over) as my prints are just not readable. They actually did the prints the first time, as good as it good possibly get. When the DOJ rejected them I was not really surprised. I honestly thought that I would have to pay again to have them done, but no.. they very graciously took me in and helped just as if I were a paying customer. They are consummate professionals and make it worth the extra drive. It's extremely pleasant to be treated as a respected consumer, not just an interruption in their day.
