I went here…read moreafter an injury and paid for an MRI, only to be told later by the doctors that the images were some of the blurriest and lowest-quality scans he had ever seen. I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. Save yourself the frustration--please don't waste your money here!

I called today to schedule an appointment for an…read moreultrasound after seeing a PCP and they informed me they are under reconstruction and offering no services. I was originally speaking in English with a Spanish speaker who spoke no English and she was extremely rude, transferred me to a line where no one picked up without trying to help me or get someone who spoke English to help me, and when I tried calling back twice she hung up on me both times. The only way I got through was by calling *67 and then Diana informed me that this location and Doral are under reconstruction and she doesn't know when they will offer their services again. Diana was very passive aggressive and did not care at all when I complained to her about the other receptionist. All she said they can provide is medical reports in person, no info at all over the phone. I asked to speak with her boss to file a complaint against the other woman who hung up on me and she told me there are no bosses I can speak with, just her (the receptionist). Hopefully the owner of this company or someone is informed of this terrible experience and makes sure to have a bilingual receptionist at the Doral location to answer any questions about their services, it's very misleading to show online that they are open when in reality they are not. At least give everyone online notice that this business is closed until further notice to save any woman in need of this rude experience.

The doctor would not even talk to me. left Lourdes, the name of the medicine that was prescribed by the hospital she said she would have the doctor write. The prescription was a little concerned when she didn't ask where it should be refilled at called several times. No one answers the phone. Finally got a hold of them and told me that the doctor does not write prescription that he doesn't prescribe now I find myself going back to the hospital because the pain is unbearable. Think I made a big mistake by choosing this doctor if you're in pain, find someone else.
