I came in earlier today for a smog check. The employee, Melvin, was pleasant and helpful. I also happen to overhear a conversation between Melvin and another customer. The gentleman had some very unreasonable demands however, Melvin stayed calm and assisted him as best as he could. I was able to use the $50 smog check coupon I received in the mail. I was recently offered a 2026 GT3 Touring. They asked me $50K over MSRP to "start building a business relationship." I heard those familiar, luring words all over again. They apparently forgot that I've bought multiple GT cars from them, paying more than $50K in markups on each one. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable with the markup, but they still asked me to come in, so I agreed to have a dialogue. During the negotiations, I reminded them of my history with the dealership, including how many cars I've already bought and the nearly $200K I've paid in ADMs over the years. Their response was, "Its new ownership, and you need to give us something." Apparently, my entire purchase history was wiped out the moment new ownership took over. They obviously want my business, but only under their terms--and, in my opinion, those terms are sketchy. I'm actually glad they approached me at a time when I don't need to buy from them. Nevertheless, I would always consider buying a cool car. I hope this review helps some Porsche enthusiasts who are excited about building a relationship with this dealership, as well as people like me who may be seriously considering coming back.

If you have a unique problem, chances are it's going to take longer than you would want it to take to get it fixed. Otherwise just go to the dealer to get it fixed and pay dealer rates/prices. Sad to say, some negative things were uncovered regarding Fred's work as time progressed…read more 1. He never changed my Oil as he stated he did. So I drove over 3,000 miles with dirty oil that I Thought was changed - Not Good. 2. Fred looked at my AC in an effort to diagnose the issue. In doing so he removed the plastic caps that are critical parts for sealing A/C system, and never put them back. I found them just sitting on the top of the strut well under my hood. I don't think he was being malicious, and as I stated earlier, he was understaffed that day - but competence is paramount when I am paying full value for a service.
