I wish I could give 10 stars. This Family owned and operated business is awesome. I had an issue with my Amp Research Step and I found them online and called them. They were not only excited to help, they asked me question to try to troubleshoot it over the phone. Since my issue was not common they asked me to bring it in. When I did they had a line out the door, a sign of good business. I waited only a minute or two before they helped me and got a very experienced service tech and installer to help. Within 15 min they found the problem and it was covered under the warranty :) I am super happy I went to 5 star. Businesses like this are rare and gem when you find them. I was looking online for a Retrax Pro tonneau cover, so I went on Retrax website. The website offered to locate a nearby dealer and found 5 Star Automotive Accessories. I've checked his reviews on Yelp and felt comfortable to stop by to get a price. The owner, Eddie, had tonneau covers in display, he explained the pros and cons of each one. When I finally set my mind on the Retrax Pro he said (on Friday) "I'll have it here by Monday". The tonneau cover was there Monday but I couldn't make it, we set an appointment for Tuesday at 1PM. I came Tuesday 1PM and Retrax was ready to be installed, his installer, Marcus have already assembled the Retrax saving me at least 1/2 hr. I'm currently leasing a truck for the first time and while I was researching after market parts, I came across 5 star automotive and I'm glad I did. I thought I'd get a better deal locally or on the internet, but I was wrong. I purchased a bed liner and side steps from here and I had a ton of questions in the process. The owner Eddie took the time to answer all of my questions and made great recommendations for my truck, even showing me how to save money on certain things. Both items purchased were excited interested the same day and no corners were cut. Fast forward a few months down the road when one of my steps was rattling and making a allot of noise. It's amazing how malicious people can be. I've been going to 5 Star for many years and I've always seen Eddy treating people the same way, regardless of any color. His employees have been white, black, brown, etc. It's unfortunate that you are willing to put someone's livelihood at risk by labeling them racist. I walked in looking for fog light bulbs plus installation. Eddie was very helpful and friendly. He saved me money vs going to the dealer. He also referred me to someone that would do the install for a good price. I also bought LED's for my dome, map and door that he said his guy would also be able to install. 10 days later, I came back to buy LED's for my license plate, trunk and interior visor lights. Eddie was under the weather, so I met his son Bobby. Bobby found the bulbs I needed and even put them in for me! There was a small issue with the license plate lights and we weren't able to install those. The visor lights and trunk lights looked great! I came back next day after my Acura dealer checked and found no issues with my electrical wiring. Bobby installed the two plate bulbs and they worked! Now at night, my 2008 Acura TL-S looks beautiful! Eddie and Bobby are the guys to go to for any light bulb needs. read more

When you're a girl, it's difficult to go shopping for auto parts. 90% of the time we get screwed over when it comes to pricing, quality and the compatibility of the items. This place is amazing! All I needed was the bulbs to my "angel eyes" on my BMW. Eddie and his wife were so nice. He was able to recommend the correct bulb for the make and model of my vehicle and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or recommend the wrong parts to my car. Found this place on yelp actually about a year ago, love it. The owner, Eddie, can pretty much get you anything you need for your vehicle. If it's not in stock, a couple phone calls and he will have it for you literally the next day or two. So far got my rims and coilovers, enjoy them alot. Bobby was also great to work with. Told me everything I needed to know about the coilovers and I was comfortable purchasing them. The customer service is great and you will always get a good laugh when you stop by. I bought a tonneau cover and step rails for my truck. First bad experience when the owner Eddy raised the price by $150 from the time he quoted till I put in the order a week later. I was fine with that since I had the choice not to put in the order. But what really disappointed me was The big complication in trying to get the power lock to work properly and they had to keep reordering parts delaying the installation. After receiving the vehicle and since then I've had to take it back 3 times to get it readjusted, each time the owner charging me for labor, for something that was supposed to be fully warranted. I have since given up on the power lock and have just been using the key. Make sure be clear with owner on price and warranty and have it in writing if you have to shop there. read more
