Finally they came to pick up but I was at work. The luggage( hard shell) was outside the house in contractor bags, under the siding of my house. I just received all my belongings back and there is a bunch of clothes completely ruined with black and blue smudges on it. When contacting the company, they are saying it must be from when I left them outside because it was raining, there was no water on the bags, and I guess when the person treated these items, no one saw any of these stains ? When you call or text the phone number on the website you are met with Chris. He handles all the scheduling. Chris was able to help me schedule my clothing pick up and delivery. They have a process of picking up your clothes, but there is a detailed instructions packet to can answer any of your questions. The great thing about this service is that they will store your clothes for 60 days free of charge which is so helpful during the treatment process. Really glad that I chose Bed Bug Laundry to help me with this process. I definitely recommend! My only issue is that I feel like there should be a little bit more of a formal process, for example a confirmation text about your scheduled pickup/delivery. I just had to call Chris, which is fine, but he's busy and gets so many call everyday, so it's easy for things to slip sometimes. Regardless so thankful for them!

They always emailed quotes, receipts and instructions promptly, and provided a certificate or insurance for our building to approve. I've never worked with a company that was so professional and on top of the paperwork. I love the calendar invites that make sure we're on the same page. On the day of, they called to let us know a more specific time for when the technician would be arriving during the 3 hour window, and they kept us informed when he was running late so we were always kept in the loop. The technician, Tony, was very transparent and informative about their treatment process and put us at ease. I also wanted to note that their instructions included pictures that were very helpful and made them easier to follow. Other companies' documents were confusing and hard to understand. We also appreciated that they had tools that could go behind the outlet covers, which is safer because it prevents the dust from coming out. Every other company needed us to remove the outlet covers ourselves as part of preparation. Overall, this has been a great experience so far. There seems to be an inherent conflict between a company doing only a canine inspection and then proceeding to exterminate. They likely should give a caveat that such inspections are not fool-proof and suggest you get an independependent analysis. Orkin is most professional and clearly their inspectors are well-trained. I don't get the same feeling about this establishment. Our home was in panic mode after the first inspection. That all ended when Orkin came out.

In the same email, they stated they would not contest if I chose to dispute through my bank. I was informed by my bank two months later that they had, in fact, denied my claim based on the merchants information. We were being swindled by other bed bug services telling us we had an infestation, and Rich helped us realize we were bed bug free even though it meant losing our business. After noticing a few bites, we had a canine inspection from a provider of our building's choice. The inspection was positive, ruling that we had bed bugs. However, the inspection lasted less than 10 minutes and the canine handler didn't attempt any visual inspection of the areas that the dog alerted. We then reached out to Rich to help us prep for treatment. He insisted on an in-person assessment before accepting the job. When he visited our apartment, he visually inspected all areas where the canine had alerted. Since he did not see any visual evidence of bed bugs, he informed us that he was skeptical of any infestation and recommended that we get a second canine inspection before proceeding with treatment. He connected us with his trusted colleague John Downey at Pest Pro Inc. who arranged for Eric Miller to come do a second canine inspection. Eric and his canine came and performed an inspection lasting 40 minutes. Eric's dog never alerted after being taken around the entire apartment multiple times.
