My transmission went out on my 2007 Camry and with money being quite a huge issue as I'm on a fixed income (but aren't we all!) I had several options to choose from, and with a brand new transmission being quoted at $4229 on a 10+ year old car I didn't think that was the way for me to go. I got quotes from several places to rebuild, & to drop in a used tranny w/60,000 miles.. prices ranged but Mario gave me a good price w/warranty of 12mos/12,000 miles. Which was also the going "rate" from other places however Mario was much more helpful than the other places, he also allowed someone to call in credit card info to pay for it where other places would not do! Which was my saving grace! My car was done for a good price, service was above others, and car was done when they said it would be done! I'll be bringing my car here for all future repairs as they aren't just a transmission repair they do All automotive repairs/service and for a fair price!! Mario quoted me some other things that I need to have done & it was over $50 cheaper than Purrfect Auto- which has terrible reviews and it's also where I pulled my car from originally! Their quoted price for tranny repair went up $100 every time I spoke to them! So THANK YOU MARIO you were wonderful & very patient with me!

He was cornered into letting them start the repairs since they told him originally that since the started working on it, he owed them $500 labor already... so since he was already in it, he expected it all to be fixed after he agreed to pay. What we're most upset about is that every single time we called in (almost everyday after the first week passed) the mechanic was "on a service call".... would we have been better to have them come to us?!?! Now they've paid over $2000, only to be in the same boat and flat broke now with no way to get to work because of these CROOKS! Our family member rented a uhaul pickup truck for over two weeks and they kept saying "it's almost done... it's almost done, but the mechanic is on a service call" ... so they cost him another $500 plus on that! If I had known this was the place he took it to, I would have said NO, don't because a few years ago they "replaced" my motor mounts that I paid over $1000 for, only for another mechanic to tell me later down the road that they didn't! I was in need of a rush job, I needed my car engine light to turn off so I could smog my car. A few years ago I went to Meinike where I spent hundreds of dollars and the problem never was resolved. So I was a dramatic mess and of course I waited till the last minute to get this fixed. Kevin and Thomas assured me that they can fix the problem and I would be good to go. I did not have an appointment but they still helped me out. Working all day on Saturday and even came in on Sunday to finish the job. Monday morning I got a call that all was good, I needed a little extra stuff done but for now the job was done. Kevin did not charge me an arm and a leg. I think these are the only two mechanics that I could ever trust. They did not call me every hour saying something new was wrong with it and it was going to cost this much and that much. They are the most honest mechanics you could find. I will only bring them my services and I hope you do too. When I picked my car up on Monday morning I gave Kevin a hug, thanking him so much for everything he did. If I went anywhere else I would have been lied to and my money would have gone down the drain. So thankful I found these guys!

After a cross country move from NYS TO NV, my tail pipe had rusted and cracked and needed replacing. I trusted the repair with sun auto service because of a stellar Yelp reputation. Mistake. I won't divulge on those details (on this page at least). Long story short, my pipe just fell off in a parking lot a couple nights ago and I was forced to drive around without a muffler. I stumbled into car life auto service on a whim, hoping they would stick it back on there at a minimal cost. Thomas, the owner of the shop, immediately got my car up on the risers. No "come back in 3 hours" or "let me take it in the back..." Aka break more stuff to make you pay. His crew got started on it right away and made sure it was firmly secured, high enough to not drag, etc. I also received a much needed oil change for the bargain cost of 19.95! Thomas engaged in conversation with me and my boyfriend the entire time of repair, which made the hour in the Vegas heat feel like nothing! He displayed a great sense of humor, pride in his business and great passion for his family, interests,and military background. I haven't taken great care of my car because I dread auto shops and the looming sense that a mechanic is being dishonest and/or trying to take advantage of customers. Finally, I have found a shop where I will feel comfortable returning with my business. I am confident in the credibility, honesty, and good morale of the mechanics. Go to Car Life! I would vote 0 stars if possible…read more Took car in on Wednesday, found out the steering gear was bad. Work started on Thursday, was told car would be ready on Friday. Friday became Saturday, which became Monday, and it was finally late Tuesday afternoon that I finally got my car. The whole time, the reason why the fix date got moved up kept changing. Don't know about you, but the first sign to me that someone is lying is the story keeps changing. I highly suspect they did damage that they tried to cover up considering they did such shoddy work, I'm looking at more money to fix the car properly. DO NOT take your car to them if you value it. It'll come out worse than it went in.

Bullseye has done much of my work for my company for the past couple years. They have come to my job site, got trucks in and out same day and have really shone on many occasions. As a family buisness they work very hard and are extremely passionate about their work. To them running this buisness is a passion and they spend an inordinate amount of time working to help others and in most cases they go above and beyond. In saying this I will not return and will not recommend them based on the service they give when things dont work in their favor. Over the past year I have had them work on my 7.3. My initial problem was an extreme lack of power. Matt assured me that we could fix it with a chip and turbo. I did not want to chip the truck be he explained he could add a chip and it would add power, increase mpg and would not create issues such as excessive smoke. On his advice we did this work. It ran great initially but shortly after we had problems. The truck smoked, shifted poorly and my mpg dropped down to around 11 or 12 mpg. Fast forward, I have taken the truck back many times with the promise that it would be resolved but each time nothing... finally I requested an appointment to take the truck in and either fix it or let me take it elsewhere. I dropped the truck off and a week later not a single item had been addressed. At a week and a half still nothing, not one item. I told them I really need my truck but and would be leaving town and could I please have it back when I returned. When I was out of town I called to check status but not one single phone call was answered, I sent text messages to both Matt and Mellsa and none were returned. After a few days of this I called from a different number and instantly the phone was answered by Melissa (confirming that she was screening my calls) when I returned from my trip I came in to pick up my truck and was told they had found the problem 99.9 % certain. The problem,....... a bad air filter. I picked up the truck and first thing I notice was it was completely empty. I stopped for fuel and drove across town only to have the truck stall in the middle of the 95. I got it to the side of the road and it wouldn't start but once again no response to texts and no answer to the phone. 2 hours later I was able to start it without any response. (This is after assurances that they had done test drives and it was running much much better and the problem was fixed). Finally Matt texted back and his question was "did you run out of gas?" No other response, no apology, nothing. Yesterday I went to get in the truck and it smelled like fuel really bad. After driving around and the smell getting worse I pulled over and started looking around. I found a can of starter fluid that had been left by one of their mechanics that had fallen behind the seat and leaked all over the back interior. I left a message with Matt via text but still no response. There are a few more issues such as sending my sons truck back onto the street after a brake job with tires that were horribly unsafe. (It is not their job to monitor my sons tires but I would expect that if you take off tires for a brake job and the tires are worn through the radials you would at least bring it to the customers attention.) After all of this I would still suggest that this is not the situation with all of their repairs and I still believe that they are hard working, honest people, but I am extremely disappointed that for a year they failed to resolve the issue, explore it enough to resolve a very basic issue. I am also dismayed that from the front end Mellisa would be so childish as to not even answer the phone or provide any info and be angry at me for an unresolved issue that I have paid a fair amount of money on. Part of being successful in any buisness is not only hard work but customer service and resolving problems as they arise. There is no excuse for abandoning customers (payment was never an issue. If they recommended a repair I paid without question) in the end I am sure that they will do what they are very good at and blame the problem on me being a stupid customer. (I have heard this conversation on multiple occasions when a disgruntled customer calls or walks out of their shop) My hope is that they will read this and instead of trash talking me they will realize this is not an acceptable way to treat customers or friends. (Btw, my truck still stalls when the chip is activated) My 4 star is based on past history but my experience on my personal truck and abandoning a customer really gets a 1star. Who knows, maybe if they read this they will finally call back , but somehow I doubt it.

After keeping my Dodge Ram for 7 weeks, and paying $1000 for a rental, they told me my truck needed a new computer (it was obvious this was not the problem). I knew they were stringing me along, so I felt I had to take matters into my own hands. I saw my truck was out front and I had to have it towed from their lot because they refused to communicate with me. I then took my truck to J&S Diesel who said it was an easy fix. It was in and out in 6 days. They said most of their work was undoing bullseye's mistakes. I wish this was the end of the story. Once I was driving it, my front wheel came off, which broke off all the studs for the lug nuts and damaged my rim. Bullseye was so incompetent they didn't tighten my lug nuts! It cost $400 to fix. My truck is working perfectly now (yay!). They were petty enough after this to send a bill, and then pursue mediation when I wouldn't pay it. I ended up paying half of their sham invoice for work they can't prove was done/caused further harm. I just wanted them to get out of my life! Luckily now that I've written this review they truly are!

I verify the price of the hardware and checked with two other mechanics in this guy is way way overboard. Taking a $600 job to 1200 and 1500 for a Simple power steering pump replacement. Rest assured, I will be reporting this guy to the bureau of automotive repair as well as the Better Business Bureau if he does not remedy this situation immediately.
