Angel asked me to text him to set up an appointment. I followed his instructions and texted him to set up the appointment exactly as he had requested. In my initial text, I requested Angel please text me back or contact me for any additional information to confirm the appointment. A couple days later, as he had not responded to the text message, I again texted him to confirm the appointment. Several hours later that day he responded with you'll have to reschedule for Saturday as I've already booked the date with someone else. Instead of apologizing which would've been acceptable, he went on to tell me that it was my fault for not providing him my address in the initial text. It was my responsibility to know his business practices and not his responsibility to let me know or to contact me. So, since I didn't know his business practices it was my fault. This was strange since my first text message specifically requested that he texted me back for any additional information to make sure the appointment would be confirmed. How unprofessional does someone get, blaming me for their lack of communication and organization. If he would have asked for my address, I would've given it to him, but he didn't. He didn't even respond to the text message to confirm the appointment. When I reminded him that my text message specifically mentioned contacting me about any additional information to confirm the appointment he got upset with me and said maybe I'm not the person he wants to be working with. He was right. I don't want to be working with somebody who's so unprofessional that they can't accept when they've made a mistake. As I mentioned above had he apologized, I understand people make mistakes. It would've been acceptable, and I would have rescheduled, but to tell me that I am the reason why he made the mistake was pretty outrageous. read more

When I saw the reviews he had I couldn't pass up giving his services a try, and I can attest he is worthy of every 5 star he receives. Although he doesn't open until 9 am, I called at about 830 and he kindly answered the questions I had and got me scheduled.
