Each piece of seafood was perfectly poached, soaking up all that delicious flavor while adding its own sweet seafood lovin' to the broth. The steak was also cooked perfectly. I've done the beverage pairing both times, and while I enjoyed the experience, I don't think I'll order it again--I'm just not an egg cream girl. My friend happily enjoyed it for both of us, though!
