Everything went fantastic!! The rates were amazing, the driver was great, and Art was such a breeze to work with! There was a little bit of communication errors between what I would tell them and what would get relayed to the rest of the team. Even after updating addresses, they wouldn't have that in their system, one person would call and then another would call right after and ask the same questions, and even then our driver wasn't given the directions to drop the men off at the venue first and then come get the ladies. But honestly, I consider this all a small hiccup! The Mercedes sprinter van was better than what I was expecting! More of a party bus and I was pleasantly surprised! We used this limo service to transport us from Los Angeles to Moorpark for a brunch outing, the weather was about 85°. The driver arrived to our pick up location on time and was extremely nice. Shortly after the driver arrived, the limo wouldn't start and he thought a jump start was needed. My friend's husband who's familiar with cars advised the driver that the stretch Escalade had two batteries. Upon a brief inspection under the hood, one of the batteries had a piece that wasn't connected. Once the piece was connected the limo started up with no problem. We began our 36 mile journey shortly thereafter. Upon entering the limo we noticed that it was extremely warm, despite the air conditioner blowing. We thought that the car was warm because we had just started moving and eventually it would cool off. Well, it did not, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable for the hour plus it took us to get to our location. The AC did not work, the ride was miserable, by the time we arrived to our location we were all sweating, our clothes were wet, hair and make-up was a mess. We informed the driver that the air wasn't working when we arrived he advised us he would notify the dispatcher. After enjoying brunch for a few hours, we returned back to the limo and asked if the AC issue had been resolved, we were advised that the driver notified the owner and the owner said it was working well. However, the owner did not come to Moorpark to confirm that the AC was working. I spoke with the owner to express my concerns with the non-working AC and his concern was making sure his driver was getting paid and he threatens to leave me and the other 12-14 passengers in Moorpark. The owner lacked compassion and basic customer service skills, I would be cautious when renting from this company. The owner is money hungry. read more

I found AA Limo Service on google, called and spoke with Art, who was nice on the phone, little did I know what I was getting myself into. I read his reviews and thought I was in good hands. I contracted AA Limo for my daughter's Quince this passed weekend. Art initially gave me a "GREAT" quote for an "NEWLY remodeled Escalade " that seated 14 people, everything seemed too good to be true, but I trusted him and his "reviews". Two days before our event Art messaged me that the escalade was not available because the ac was "broken". He sent me videos and pictures of a Lincoln that would only seat 11 people, I agreed to it, because 2 days before my event, I knew I didn't have time to find a new company. Art messaged me a video that seemed good with decent pictures, he said he was sending me a "fully remodeled 2022 Lincoln" NOT TRUE AT ALL! This car was terrible, the car looked dirty from the outside, back window looked like it was broken, the car barely drove, it was shaking as we followed behind it. And, the driver was completely unprofessional! The driver, yelled at the kids to keep the music down, who does this? Limo's are meant to have fun! The driver did not know what he was doing, he was very short tempered, it seemed as if this was his first time driving a limo. I should have never tipped him, but by the way he was dressed, I felt bad for the man. He later told us that his company was "hired" by Art. Whatever you do-DO NOT FALL for Art's scam. He will give you a rate that will seem great and tell you he is giving you an Escalade, he will even text you pictures and two days before your event you will end up like us, with a broken down Lincoln. I wasn't in a major city; I was in a small town outside of a major city, and he still got it done. I made my flight, and, on the ride, the driver of the car and I both kept saying, "This is impossible. How did he do it?" THE 747 But wait, there is more... did I mention the cars? Nice is too simple to describe them... SUVs, Mercedes Benz sedans, a party bus that had two TVs with Bluetooth, and some other vehicles that I don't even know the make or model, but they are all nice, modern and clean.
