When I initially bought my condo, the unit did not come with a washer/dryer. My neighbors suggested that the best option was to remove my water heater with a tankless and then to install the washer/dryer. Not only did Dale install the tankless, but he also did all the piping and venting for the washer/dryer. He did a great job and I highly recommend him!

He also had to reroute a number of pipes to make room for the appliances. Dale and company were professional, and respectful of my property... cleaning up after themselves as they went. A few weeks later, my exhaustively spec'd and measured appliances were installed w/o issue and fit like a glove! I'm now running my dishwasher, doing a load of laundry and taking a shower at the same time just to test my tankless water heater. It wins every time.
