I decided to go with Herchenbach Mechanical after comparing a couple other places in the area. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Curtis and his team came over and installed the AC unit fairly quickly. They were very professional and courteous. Fast forward to a few days ago, my kid decided to throw pieces of chalk down the pipes. I called Herchenbach Mechanical to schedule a time and date that works for me. They will email and text you to confirm your appointment. On the day of your appointment, they will also send you a photo of the technician that will be over. Adam, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and on time. I told him what happened and he explained what he would need to do to get the chalk out from the pipes. I also scheduled them to clean my AC as well. After Adam finished using the hose from the backyard, everything was neatly put back the way it was. He didn't leave anything out or left a mess. I was told at that time that I didn't have an actual appointment, I was on standby. Standby? What the heck is standby? Standby means that if they have a cancellation, they would work through their standby list. After some discussion I found out I was 10th on the list. That probably means I would have Service sometime in July or August. I can't believe that they run a company that wouldn't tell me about standby when I booked the appointment. Why would they ask morning or afternoon if they weren't even sure whether they were going to be here. I am a very dissatisfied customer and found another heating and air conditioning service that will be out here tomorrow.

They came back and fix the issue with Linux system as well without my consent, they change my smart thermostat to the manul thermostat and promise me to come back and reinstall the smart thermostat but never came back.
