I rescued a 2 month old beagle that was mistreated and not taken care of by the previous owner. He had fleas, worms, and poor little guy was so lethargic he wouldn't even walk. I got him at night so the next morning I called all my local vets to see if I could get a same day appointment and AAA Animal Hospital was the only facility that accommodated my poor little Zero. We came in and he seen Dr. Alvandi. Dr. Alvandi is so caring and takes the time to make sure he addresses all issues your animal has. We were out within minutes with medicine and a future treatment plan to make sure Zero gets all his shots. Days later Zero is walking, happy, playful and worm and flea free! Thank you Dr. Alvandi and your staff for being so caring and compassionate in your job!

Garfield in the cone of shame after being treated properly.

I have been coming to this vet for a couple of years now. I am a mama to a cat who loves mischief and misbehaving. The techs and Dr.Alvandi helped me major today! My cat ate something he was not supposed to eat (a toxin) and they were more than happy to have me come within 10 mins after calling them to help my baby immediately. My pets mean the world to me and knowing that they were willing to help him for this emergency means so much to me. I trust this establishment and the workers 100%. Thank you AAA animal hospital for always taking care of my bad boy garfield!!

I was really impressed with the care and general "vibe" of this animal hospital. All of the ladies up front & Drs. assistants were extremely helpful and Dr. Moreno was amazing! Anyone that went by me in the waiting area acknowledged me or offered me a coffee. I had a cat w/ an abscess under his chin, and needed to get him to a vet that day. My regular vet could not take Marty, but urged me to find one that would. So I called AAA and they got me in that same day. Marty managed to remove his staples a couple of times, so I made several trips with him to see Dr. Moreno. He was not happy about that, but hardly made a fuss and I'm sure that has to do with how he was being treated by all of the staff. Thank you for being so wonderful with my baby boy. Nothing against our old vet, but AAA is now his official vet!!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough! They were able to fit my new baby, Benito, in for a same-day wellness appointment, which was a huge relief. The staff gave him so much love and attention that I honestly wasn't sure I'd be able to take him home--they clearly adore their patients! They were incredibly kind, friendly, and patient, allowing me to ask a million questions and addressing every single one of my concerns. It's rare to find a team that listens so well. Benito and I have definitely found our forever vet!

Dr. Al, Elsa & the rest of the staff at AAA are top notch in all that they do. If you want a veterinarian that is compassionate & knowledgeable, then you can trust in him and his entire staff. They showed my Mal and I great compassion when he was sick. Although everything was done to save him, including a personal home visit at night w/o charge, he passed and I still feel indebted to Dr. Al's and Elsa's valiant efforts. Now our Yorkie needed some serious healthcare, and once again they took great care of our family pet. We received text message updates all day, even this cute picture of her post surgery. As always we are incredibly grateful for AAA Animal Hospital, Dr. Al, Elsa and the rest of his staff. Thank you all for the work you do in keeping our family pets healthy.

First, she was hospitalized for 24 hours. While there are still some things that I am trying to understand, the IV support made a big difference in her health. My understanding is that this is very important for cats with pancreatis. After going some time without eating, I could tell that she felt better after each treatment with fluids. I have not yet had a follow-up visit with my local vet to check Bastu's PrecisionPSL values. However, from two follow-up visits to CAEC, I can say that Bastu's SDMA values have returned to normal (after she was prescribed felimazole, and successful delivery of that medication for 3 days lead to more severe problems). The spike in BUN values from 21 (before felimazole) to 72 (after felimazole, and then decreased diet to the point of not eating any food) was reversed to 13 after treatment at CAEC (a little below normal, instead of very high above normal). While I am looking into more details (such as waiting to see if my Bastu is capable of returning to normal health) before following the procedures on the FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/animal-veterinary/report-problem/how-report-animal-drug-and-device-side-effects-and-product-problems), my understanding is that my cat has a pre-existing kidney problem. The elevated T4 levels (used to define a diagnosis for hyperthydroidism) represented the body's defense for those kidney problems - high T4 can cause problems in itself, but the underlying kidney problems can also cause additional problems. Thank you very much - while improvement has been slow, Bastu and I certainly appreciate the help within the last week!

He had been in a slow decline that suddenly turned rapid, and I knew we were at the end. What stood out most was the veterinarian's honesty. They checked his vitals, but we didn't pursue extensive diagnostics. Instead, he spoke candidly about what he was seeing--neurologically, Baxter was not himself and had clearly lost significant muscle mass. At his age, there was likely more going on than one treatable issue. The veterinarian could have easily recommended a long list of tests. Instead, he gave me real guidance. When I asked what he would do if it were his own dog, he told me he would choose euthanasia at this stage, explaining that "a day or a week too early is better than a day too late" to avoid unnecessary suffering. I had been struggling with this decision for a while, and that honesty helped me feel confident I was doing the right thing. It meant everything. Once I made the decision, the compassion from the staff was incredible. They handled everything with such care, dignity, and kindness. I've also been here before when Baxter was first diagnosed with heart failure, and had the same experience. The veterinarian literally told me it wasn't an emergency and that I could either proceed with treatment there or follow up with my regular vet the next day and save the cost of emergency care. That level of transparency really stuck with me. I'm truly grateful for this team and this office. If you're ever in a difficult situation with your pet, this is a place where you'll receive honest, compassionate care--not pressure to run unnecessary tests or take advantage of a vulnerable moment. A local CVS could not fill the script due to technical errors in the way it was written. I then placed an order through Chewy.com on the morning of May 8th. By May 10th, Chewy confirmed they were still waiting for the clinic's approval. When I called the clinic to follow up, I had the misfortune of speaking with Naomi. I explained that my dog had been struggling to breathe for two days and asked why the approval was being delayed. She was incredibly rude and insensitive. When I expressed my desperation to get my dog his medication, she told me that if he couldn't breathe, I should simply "take him to a different clinic." When I told her I was going to bring him back to AEC, she said they were no longer accepting patients today. When I asked to speak to someone else besides her, she placed me on hold for 25 minutes. When I tried to call back three times from my own phone, the calls were sent immediately to hold. Suspecting I was being screened, I called from a friend's phone, Naomi answered immediately. When I asked why I was being sent straight to hold, she stated she would leave me there until she had "new information." I was so shocked with her condescending tone. I even asked if she was hearing the way she was speaking to me, she replied, "Yes, I am," and put me back on hold. After being left back on hold for several minutes, I hung up and called back. Bella answered the phone. She was the complete opposite of Naomi. Bella went out of her way to help me. I told her I no longer wanted to wait for the approval for Chewy to fill the order and was going to see if I could fill the prescription at Walmart. Bella called around to different Walmart locations to confirm they had the Albuterol in stock. Thanks to Bella, I finally have the medication. While I appreciate the medical diagnosis and Bella's help, Naomi's lack of compassion was unacceptable. No pet owner in distress should be treated with such hostility, especially when the delay involves watching their beloved pet suffering. If you bring your pet here, please be cautious of Naomi's involvement in your care. I have seen other reviews talk about an emergency vet in Redlands. I was not aware there was one. I can't imagine returning to this clinic now after the treatment I received from Naomi.

While I didn't get everyone's names, every staff member I interacted with was so sweet, friendly, and reassuring. It truly gave me a sense of security knowing they genuinely cared and were there to help my cat. Dr. Singh was very helpful, straightforward, and honest throughout the entire visit, which I really appreciated during such a stressful situation. One thing I especially appreciated was how transparent they were with pricing -- they gave quotes for everything, broke down every charge clearly, and provided an itemized receipt at the end. I was met with both good news and bad news, but I'm incredibly grateful that I still got to walk away with my baby. Thank you all so much for your care, compassion, and help during such a difficult time. I would truly recommend this place to anyone needing urgent care for their pet.

Horrible Experience! I wish I could give a 0 or a negative…read morestar review! We brought our 14 years old cat to this "emergency" clinic at 10:20PM. A lady came out not to greet us but told us that they close at 11PM due to new management and this is place is sold to another company. The doctor was seeing the last patient of the day and was referring us to another clinic in Glendora. We told her to please ask the doctor to take a look at our cat. We are willing to pay double the visiting fee. She went in for about 5 minutes and then another gentleman came out and told us the same thing. The clinic was sold and we close at 11PM now, etc. I took out my phone and showed him that it's 10:27PM. He said they wouldn't have enough time to do procedures to our cat. I told him our cat is old and he can't handle that much pressure anymore going to Glendora.. Long story short, this place has last call like some high end restaurant and I'm guessing everyone wants to get off work right at 11PM. Good luck with the "new management last call clinic". Getting off work is their first priority and not saving pets lives!
