My husband and I have been taking our dogs here for 10 years. Dr Yamaguchi was amazing. The new providers (vets) are nice, but the it feels like they are trying to drive the bill up and scam you. The last time I took my dog, he had an ear infection. The vet visit was normal until they tried to convince me to give my dog a shot every three months. The vet left the room so someone else could "present" the bill... it gave me enough time to google the medication... it was an allergy shot. WTH. My dog doesn't have allergies. Umm no thank you. We will continue to go here because we are established, but i highly recommend you check their billing for unnecessary treatments or products you can get from Amazon. Kind of scammy and taking advantage of people who care for their animals. read more

I've been taking our dogs here for over 10 years and even now, that they've undergone new ownership service is still outstanding. Doctors are professional and show that they truly love what they do. One of our dogs was most recently seen by Dr. Moreno. Her kind demeanor and professionalism helped to ease my concerns. I admire the time taken to explain things to me and to take time to get to know my dog. Staff is amazing. On this particular day, we were greeted by both Michelle & Liz and tech was Ivette. From the receptionist to the techs all have shown professionalism and compassion. I rescued a 2 month old beagle that was mistreated and not taken care of by the previous owner. He had fleas, worms, and poor little guy was so lethargic he wouldn't even walk. I got him at night so the next morning I called all my local vets to see if I could get a same day appointment and AAA Animal Hospital was the only facility that accommodated my poor little Zero. We came in and he seen Dr. Alvandi. Dr. Alvandi is so caring and takes the time to make sure he addresses all issues your animal has. I have been coming to this vet for a couple of years now. I am a mama to a cat who loves mischief and misbehaving. The techs and Dr.Alvandi helped me major today! My cat ate something he was not supposed to eat (a toxin) and they were more than happy to have me come within 10 mins after calling them to help my baby immediately. I was really impressed with the care and general "vibe" of this animal hospital. All of the ladies up front & Drs. assistants were extremely helpful and Dr. Moreno was amazing! Anyone that went by me in the waiting area acknowledged me or offered me a coffee. I had a cat w/ an abscess under his chin, and needed to get him to a vet that day. My regular vet could not take Marty, but urged me to find one that would. So I called AAA and they got me in that same day. Marty managed to remove his staples a couple of times, so I made several trips with him to see Dr. Moreno. He was not happy about that, but hardly made a fuss and I'm sure that has to do with how he was being treated by all of the staff. Thank you for being so wonderful with my baby boy. They showed my Mal and I great compassion when he was sick. I found AAA Animal Hospital thru Yelp since I don't live in the area I was desperate to find a Veterinarian for my son's sick Pug named Bruce. My first choice didn't turn out very well and left me with a bad feeling and a large bill. My second choice AAA was and is a gem. The staff at AAA are friendly and kind. I called them 2 hours before they closed and was relieved they saw Bruce that same day. Bruce has a severe ear infection along with a scratched cornea. The office is clean, staff friendly and the Veterinarian made me feel secure in handling Bruce's medications while his owners were away. The staff called me 2 days later to see how Bruce was doing showing their love of pets. I highly recommend them to treat your pets. Thank you to the staff and Veterinarian for helping Bruce. 2/13/25 Harker is now 17 months. He had his yearly exam & vaccines today. I love the joy from the wonderful staff and the very sweet Dr. Alvandi. On seeing how much Harker has grown and what a handsome beautiful healthy adult he's become. I know Harker feels loved by them all.
