This all began after Tank was placed under anesthesia at this clinic on 2/12/26 for a dental cleaning and the removal of his front teeth. From that point forward, his health steadily declined. He began losing hair profusely and developed severe itching. We brought him back in, and Dr. Nathalia prescribed medication that had no effect. After over a week with no improvement, we returned, only to be given the exact same medication again, despite it not helping the first time. As Tank's condition worsened--his hair loss continuing and his face beginning to swell--we sought help at the Corona 24-Hour Emergency Hospital. There, he was diagnosed with a severe yeast infection and was prescribed prednisone and antibiotics for 14 days. After completing that treatment, I spoke with Dr. Silveria and explained everything Tank was experiencing. At that point, his condition was alarming--he had a strong, foul odor, was not eating or drinking, was shivering constantly, and could barely urinate. Watching him suffer like that was unbearable. Her response was, "Oh, he's doing this to himself," which was deeply upsetting and dismissive given the severity of his condition. When I asked about his symptoms, I was told they were due to the yeast infection. However, I felt strongly that something more serious was going on. Despite this, I was reassured that an itch medication would resolve everything and was told, "I guarantee that within 48 hours Tank will be back to his normal self." I was also instructed to continue hand-feeding him. There was no urgency, no further diagnostics, and no indication that his condition might be critical. That improvement never came. Instead, Tank continued to deteriorate. His condition worsened day by day, the foul odor intensified, and he remained in visible pain and distress. Tank did not deserve this. He deserved to be heard, properly evaluated, and treated--especially by a veterinarian who had cared for him since he was a puppy. His condition rapidly declined, and he passed away from sepsis on 3/25/26. I will never forget the pain he endured or the helplessness we felt, trusting guidance that ultimately failed him when he needed real care the most. I cannot shake the feeling that his suffering was dismissed and that more could have been done if his symptoms had been taken seriously. That trust was broken in the worst possible way, and now our dog is gone. I am sharing this so other pet owners will advocate strongly for their animals and seek a second opinion if something does not feel right. No one should ever have to go through this kind of loss, wondering if more could have been done.

This is a blatant lie; she never even touched my dog. Furthermore, a covering vet performed a suture removal but failed to document any of the clinical concerns we raised. Vitals that were taken by a tech on an intake form were never entered into the formal medical record. ​2. Misdiagnosis & Dangerous Over-Medication: Despite Twinkie showing clear signs of anaphylaxis right in front of the staff, they "shrugged it off" and insisted she was having syncope (fainting) due to heart failure. Without proper diagnostics, they jumped straight to a heavy cocktail of Enalapril and Vetmedin and Furosemide. ​3. Intentional Withholding of Records: I believe this office intentionally stalled sending my records to the cardiologist. Once they realized a specialist would be reviewing their "work," they likely realized they had jumped the gun. Because they failed to provide the records, I had to act as my own investigator. ​4. The Proof is in the Recovery: After connecting the dots myself, I realized the Enalapril was dropping her blood pressure below baseline and the Furosemide was dangerously dehydrating her. I made the clinical decision to stop the medications. Within 24 hours of being off their "treatment," Twinkie was back to her old self--active and barking. A subsequent exam by a different, competent veterinarian confirmed she is healthy, her heart is fine, and she never needed the medication. ​Final Word: If I hadn't used my own medical background to challenge their narrative, their "treatment" for a non-existent heart condition would have killed my dog. Their clinical notes are vague, their charting is dishonest, and their diagnostic skills are non-existent. Go elsewhere.

From the very first call, they were incredibly accommodating and kind. Our dog isn't very socialized, so we were a little nervous going in but the staff handled everything with so much care. They actually came out to our car to assess him, then had us enter through a side door to make things easier. Not once did we feel judged or uncomfortable, which meant a lot to us. We also realized during the visit that our dog wasn't up to date on his shots (cue the guilt) but again...zero judgment. Just patience, understanding, and clear guidance on what we needed to do moving forward. What stood out the most was how patient they were with our dog. They really took their time, explained everything to us, and made sure he felt as comfortable as possible. The entire staff and doctor were amazing. What made this even more concerning was hearing from veterinary technicians at the hospital that complaints about his bedside manner are common. If this is a recurring issue, then management has chosen to tolerate it rather than address it. I am nine months pregnant, emotionally exhausted, and will never forget how cold and uncaring this experience was. Losing a pet is heartbreaking enough. No family should have to endure being treated like an inconvenience while making such a painful decision. To the owner and management of this practice: charging premium emergency prices comes with the responsibility of providing compassionate, professional care. Allowing this type of treatment to continue reflects poorly on your entire hospital.
