    Linda at AAA DMV Services Desk was so rude to me when I asked questions about transferring the title of my SUV, registering another vehicle, and inquiring about battery service! I live in San Diego but I stopped at the Murrieta branch on my way home from Big Bear. In all of my years of doing business with AAA, Linda at the Murrieta branch provided the absolute WORST customer service I've experienced in my life! She rolled her eyes and scoffed at me while speaking to me in the most condescending tone of voice! She treated me like I was beneath her and a waste of her time. I'm not one to complain. I always consider someone might be having a bad day. This lady was horrible and miserable! I decided to report her to Branch Manager Nicole. I can't imagine AAA having someone as nasty as this lady representing their otherwise awesome company. Hopefully the Manager will take this seriously.

    People always complain about the long wait times but this place is always fully staffed and they do the very best they can to accompanies everybody. I've been to this location several times now and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. It's definitely better than going to the DMV that's for sure. I hope people give the employees of this AAA a break because from what I've seen it always looks like they are doing their best.

    17 people just in the check in line. This is the worst office. I know better than to use this facility. It is just a little better than DMV

    Wait for a simple registration that takes 5 minutes 1 hour wait time ridiculous, hire more people

    Ridiculously slow DMV. They spend too much time trying to sell you insurance and shit instead of moving on to the next customer.

We've wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they've been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it's certainly not one that I'll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn't a matter of policy, it's a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a "manager" stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.

He was very prompt to answer my questions and even communicated with me via text for most of the transaction. (I really don't like talking on the phone) His pricing was fair and offered great coverage and it was nice to be able to communicate directly with a person when I was shopping for insurance. The best part was that he was able to get me coverage for both of my vehicles in the same day! All of the other "Big Name" companies kept telling me they needed 15 days to check with their underwriters. That info was directly from their websites. When I tried to call in to one company to ask to speed up the process I was told by a recording that they don't sell insurance over the phone anymore. (I'll give you one guess).
