People in this area have had their policies dropped or premiums increased, sometimes doubled. Justin's quote was extremely reasonable with excellent coverage. We exchanged several emails and he responded to each of my inquiries promptly, answering all my questions. The flyers he provided for use at open houses were very helpful. As it turned out, when I recently sold my own home, I used Justin to supply insurance for my new home, also in a severe fire zone. Rates were reasonable and coverage is excellent. I highly recommend Justin and Steele Insurance to anyone who is looking for new homeowners coverage.

We've had auto coverage with this Allstate office for about 7 years, perfect driving record, and no claims during that time, but our premiums kept going up. Shouldn't they go down at some point, or at least not keep going up, when you have a perfect record, always pay on time, and no claims? We finally had enough and started shopping for more affordable coverage and found another company at $100 savings per month!!! I emailed this Allstate office to cancel my policy, half expecting at least a "thanks for your past business." But no, what we got was basically, "well your renewal is a little less, but we'll cancel nonetheless." Not even a "have a great day" or address by name. This, on top of not being willing or able to following through with business coverage, just confirms we should be happy to be done with these people.

He handles all of our insurance needs very professionally and with friendly service. We even had another company see if the could ship around for better rates for us (2 vehicles, homeowners, motor home) and they were shocked at our low rates and great coverage.
