I went there a year or so ago. I was adding a new bathroom and wanted to see if they had any vanities or such. Wouldn't talk to me, "we don't sell vanities, we only do entire bathrooms". Very weird vibe. I'm halfway convinced this is a money laundering operation. LOL. Remember the experience, we are now doing an ENTIRE kitchen and want to find someone to do the entire kitchen (meaning cabinets, countertops and such). My wife went there and was treated basically the same way. No talk about the project or what they could do for her. Basically just pushed her out the door like it was rude for her to stop by or something. They don't want to do just a single vanity. Fine. Too small of a project. Kitchen remodel...I met with "Fred" - he did not provide a business card or last name. He was off on his measurements so, cabinets did not match the length of the countertops. He would not provide a schedule so I never knew if workers would show up. Some of his crews were outstanding - countertops, plumber. However, the cabinet crew did poor work and three doors were damaged. When I asked for replacement, he sent a worker out to patch them, but the patches wore off soon afterward. He repeatedly asked for payment before the job was done and I finally gave in. The job was never finished. Please beware. read more

He basically told me that if I wasn't going to hire them for the job to not come here and it would be hard for them to provide supply. She visited our home and we were able to refine the design concepts and then she later provided us with a detailed price quote. The "designer" Farid seemed to think I was there for who knows what and says how can I help? I told him I had water damage and my contractor hurt himself. I came in here for an estimate for a kitchen remodel. The lady seemed nice, but seemed like she may have been in a rush, which I could understand. Anyway, she took my information down to come for an estimate, and we were flexible with her schedule. We penciled in a time directly into her calendar for an appointment. Come to the appointment, we never heard a confirmation call, which was strange. But she didn't show up or give us a call.. Called the office, but they were already closed. Not entirely sure how this could be mishandled, but this is not the type of company that is good at communication. And communication is definitely a factor when spending 15k+ on a kitchen remodel..
