Five years ago, my newly purchased house needed some roof repairs. After reading all the great reviews on YELP, I called AAA Roofing. Bought a house with a roof that needed replacing. Had SIX contractors give us bids and AAA was the only one I felt truly confident in. Sure, they weren't the cheapest, but Lee brought some things to our attention that other contractors didn't and it's like...hmm...these could have been problems or cost us more down the line with other contractors. There were some bumps along the way that Lee and crew dealt with and didn't pass any of the stress or cost onto us. I was concerned the dumpster wouldn't fit in our driveway; turns out it didn't. Usually to put it on the street is an additional charge but Lee waived it since we asked. Our house was built in the 20's and the roof had some "interesting" construction that took more work for AAA to tear off, but Lee showed everything to us and told us how he was going to make it better. I can honestly say AAA Roofing is the best roofing company I have ever worked with and believe me, I have unfortunately worked with quite a few over the last 10 years I've lived in this house. Lee (the owner) and Casey are truly the most customer focused and hands on guys and their crew is exceptional. I have a flat roof that has given me standing water problems for years. Not only was the price quote the most reasonable compared to others, the detail and quality of the materials was far superior as well. Add the fact that we had a HUGE hiccup with unexpected rain coming down on a stripped bare roof, causing quite a bit of damage in the house, Lee and Casey were here in a matter of minutes to take care of all damage to drywall carpet, etc. Within two days, everything was fixed and back to normal. The guys got done just in time for the next downpour so I was able to see if the plan actually worked to mitigate the standing water. Wow! What can I say but Lee is friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable! I can tell he takes customer satisfaction seriously. I had a leak on my roof for 3-4yrs and tried contractors, handymans and finally decided to get a professional roofer. AAA removed all the nails and patched up all the holes for a reasonable price and supposedly comes with a guarantee! OK, so rain came again the next week and it leaked again! BUT... Lee came out again and re-evaluated the roof and found the problem! A huge hole under my Hvac Unit that was very difficult to find. I love that he videotapes everything so you can actually see the problem and the work he did! I would highly recommend AAA Roofing! Also I love Yesenia! Making appts, changing appts, giving updates! This company appears to be very busy as it took them around 2 weeks before they could even come out and give me a quote Positive: Person on the phone that took all of my information was very friendly Same person that took my information called a day before to confirm my appointment Person that came to my house to give me a quote was on time and did wear a mask Appeared to be very knowledgeable about the roof, material etc Negative:Price I have gotten many quotes all from licensed roof contractors and this company price was above my other quotes. I did give them a chances to possible give me a better quote but they decline. I compared the quotes and honestly do not see much difference in terms of material that being used that would cause over $1,000 in difference in terms of a quote. Only conclusion i can come up with a) Their overhead might be higher compare to other companies b) they want to get bigger profit from a job. They did also mentioned that they pay their roof guys by a day, so maybe that is the difference compare to other companies paying them by the hour. read more

Lee is the man! We had some pretty severe high winds that blew up some shingles on our roof and trying to get someone out here to fix it last minute was a nightmare. The whole process from the free estimate and the completion of the project ( I needed a maintenance sealing of the roof) was absolutely professional and pleasure. What I also loved was that they initially told me it would take two days (which I expected) but they actually got it done in one day because they had so many roofers working on the project. Jonathan came right on time to give me an estimate to replace a turbine that was damaged by the high winds. He put it back together and told me to not waste my money to replace it as I had 2 other functional turbines working well. He then did a complete appraisal of my roof and recommended some maintenance and took photos to show me what was needed. I took his advice and serviced the roof as it has never been done. I can see why we had to be on a waiting list for months to get our project done. We had all the Spanish tile on a large, dangerously pitched roof pulled as it was 30 years old and needed to be redone. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. They were able to re-use most of the tile and there was a flat fee for the necessary replacement tiles (unlike their competitors who wanted to charge per tile- total scam). Communication was good which I appreciated when we ran into a small inspection issue (not AAA's fault- my city is just stupid) and it was handled immediately. Communication with the office re: scheduling and billing was very easy. The workers left the job site clean every night. I would recommend them to my neighbors.
