Sean Tan and One Stop Roofing was one of 7 roofing companies our HOA had come out to inspect and bid the roof for our 6 unit condo complex in Malibu. He was amazing, he sent a drone up and took photos, made honest recommendations, left material samples and supplied us with quotes for several options. In the end, his bid and his warranty was the best, he had Malibu references and many years of experience. The HOA voted unanimously to hire One Stop to remove and install an entire roofing system for the complex. We had 3 layers of old roofing over 6 units with skylights in the condo complex. One Stop did a great job and Sean communicated with us every step of the way. They came back and cleaned up well and accommodated 6 peoples schedules to do so. I can't say we were all an easy bunch to deal with! But Sean took it all in stride and said his only worry is that we were completely satisfied. There was major wood damage. They replaced everything including the flashing match the old shingles and rebuilt the section that was bad in one day. Sean came out, inspected everything, and was completely honest--he told me the glass wasn't cracked, saving me from an unnecessary replacement.
