I arrived @ 8:50a to renew my vehicle registration and avoid a long wait. Once the doors opened @ 9a and I registered with the front desk, I was immediately called to take care of my business. My advice: get here in the morning upon opening to avoid a wait. Last year I visited this office in the afternoon and waited 20 minutes, which still Isn't too bad. Going here to take care of DMV matters still beats going to a DMV office any day of the week! read more

Just had the worst AAA experience in 30 years. 3 1/2 hour wait for tow truck and the driver claimed he couldn't get the car on, unwilling to try any basic diagnostics or jump. I was helped by a service representative who was about to sign out, but she cheerfully helped me which saved me a return visit. Accident on Highway five , On a Sunday. Waited over eight hours for a tow truck. No transportation was available hertz Lyft. AAA basically left us to fend for ourselves. My daughter was able to get transportation for us to Sacramento. No help from AAA. AAA said that they would pay up to $300 for transportation. Talk to a supervisor after being on hold for sometime she stated that it was out of their hands to reimburse us.They did not reimburse us because it was not an authorized company. AAA did tow our damaged car to Sacramento. It took them four days to get the car to Sacramento. We have both our home and our auto insurance through AAA for over 15 years. We finally made it home after over 15 hours very disappointed in AAA and their lack of assistance. read more

There is a lady that works at the Aaa counter. She's older with brown hair. Let me tell you this lady is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is outstanding and she makes you feel like you're part of the family I think she should be a manager or CEO because that is the kind of employee you need to have for your customers happiness and so they keep coming back. She has a one of a kind service agent and I'm absolutely grateful to have her be so nice and helpful!Customer service agents like her are so hard to find these days she deserves a raise!! I used to be pleased with AAA; however, after my life insurance lapsed unbeknownst to me. Mind you everything IS set on automatic payments. Here I am thinking that I'm covered. God forbid I would have died in an unforeseen accident. My kids would have been screwed! If it weren't for me returning a voicemail (which I still have)....the voicemail from September did not mention anything about a lapsed policy. And according to customer my agent knew then and even prior BUT she failed to reach out to me. I would still be in the dark, and thinking that I was covered. My insurance agent did a crappy job of NOT informing me that I was taken off of automatic payments. So all this while I thought I was covered. Long story short, I have to pay more for my coverage since I'm two years older from when I first started (even though I shouldn't have too)....and that really sucks because with inflation, etc the last thing that I need to do is to pay MORE for something. I was locked in at a good rate two years ago and now I have to start the policy over and pay MORE!! I was looking for a quick quote for home insurance! We are in a short escrow and needed something soon. I looked at MANY other companies from All State, other local Sacramento insurance companies, to online insurance like Lemonade. With the fires going on, it had us really thinking about insurance, coverage, safety, and not just cheapest. I didn't know who to call for AAA so I went on the local Arden website and found Carmen Vasquez! I had never spoken to Carmen before. I called asking for a quote and she was so nice, answered all my questions, walked me through the policy, and was great at communicating and getting back to me! I REALLY recommend her. We ended up choosing AAA due to the rate. It was in a middle price point compared to others we've see between $600-900 yearly rate. We also did a bundle where we switched our auto insurance with them to get the discount. We also upgraded the AAA auto policy to have road side assistance which would cost us what we were paying with our old auto insurance except it didn't include road side assistance. read more

Well it's been a month since my accident and still haven't heard anything. I call and they say "it's under investigation ". I really shouldn't be surprised they took two weeks to figure out I was not responsible for being rear ended. They are the same happy people who said "we will call you in a day or two". It's been four weeks and I'm the ONLY one to follow up. IMHO AAA should stick to towing it's the one thing th Well, it's been a month and half since my accident and I still haven't heard a thing. I took my title with a lien and my lien release form to AAA with my Texas SUV. There was no wait and the man that took my paperwork said I could get a Smog check easily and to come back. I went to Smog Express and they were finished in less than 10 mins! Went back to AAA and the guy called me over right away and I signed a document and got my license plates right there and my month's registration sticker! So easy! No wait! I'll never go to DMV again!!! read more

AAA is trying a new model, breaking up the big offices in favour of having several smaller offices. This one opened recently and is conveniently located for me, and my experience here was favourable. You enter and are greeted by someone near the entrance, they ask what it is that you need and then you are told to wait where there is a cluster of comfortable chairs and they will call you when it is your turn. Meanwhile, you are directed to help yourself to coffee, tea, or water, that is provider complimentarily, while you wait. I hadn't even finished drinking my water when I was called and my business was concluded in just minutes. Both the person at the front desk, and the man who took care of my vehicle renewal were very pleasant to deal with. The only drawback to this location might be that it is in a much busier area, with other shops and restaurants, and there is not as much dedicated parking. I lucked out and there was one space left when I arrived, but I can see how at some busier times there might be a problem. read more

Only two people allowed in at a time so there were six of us waiting in a line outside. After about 10 minutes someone came out to ask what we all needed ; since I only needed a map she went in and got one for me But I had to wait till she had gone through the whole rest of the line and one group of customers took a long time. Waiting 8 hours for my car to arrive now. This all started around 3pm. It's a good thing we aren't waiting on the side of the road. Was told 90 min originally by an operator. 3 hrs later after no update we called again and they didn't even have a tow truck in route. A company Sierra towing said they were picking up the car. 6 god damn hours later supposedly it got picked up. It is now 12pm and after multiple attempts to the AAA call center (who keeps transferring us to other people without any heads up, once a police dispatcher) we got put on the phone with Sierra towing again and they say they have no record of the car being picked up. What a bunch of clueless fools at this place. This is a very scattered review because I am beyond frustrated. Definitely canceling AAA ASAP after this is done. read more

I went to this office to take care of suspended license plates. Leah called my name and as soon as I told her my problem she stated that she could not do that there. She could of stop there and I would of been on my way to the DMV, but She went into telling me that I had to use my phone or the computer. She patiently guided me into how to do it on my smart phone and than she called DMV and got my license plates back to working. She was great and took her time helping me navigate DMV. read more
