They had a couple people helping customers up front and it was very busy while I was there. I did notice that some of the areas seemed like they needed to be re-stocked and I ended up needing to borrow a pen from behind the counter for my package. I feel like I remember other locations having pens on chains that can be used. Overall, the team working here were working really hard and doing a great job at moving through the long line. I was able to send my package out and it was a better price than going to Fedex or UPS, so worth the wait.

First, the place is pretty clean and well organized. It's easy to access. For me, these experiences boil down to the customer experience. Upfront, I am not a weekly or even monthly person that sends packages. I'm not really sure how to use a stamp to be honest with you or where to buy them. FYI, you can buy them at the post office. Anyway, I definitely came unprepared with my shipping label the first get-go. Collin delicately explained to me that this needs to be printed out or that a QR code needs to be provided, and that they can't receive emails from us. The parking is really spicy and it has a one-way in and a one-way out which was pretty creative. When I went inside there is a long line but it went by quick. Also I find that it was really clean inside and it was organized. There were a lot of postings where you drop off the mail so it is very informative on the collection time and what they accept and what they don't accept. Also the people were friendly and quick on their feet and the service was consistent. I would be back if I am in the area so I don't need to go back to my neighborhood and feel rush and drive all around the place.
