Lighting fast service. I dropped off my TV, they called me the next day to tell me what was wrong with it and how much it would cost to fix. It was done the day after and they called me to pick it up. They helped me load and secure the TV in my car so that it wouldn't get damaged on the drive home. Pick up and deliver options were also available for an additional fee. read more

The worst experience! I had a 32" LG TV that lost the pictures, only sounds came on. I went to the store and told George, owner, what the problem was, he told me to bring the TV in. He told me to go back to find out what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. When I went back, he said it needs some part and it's going to cost $89 part and labour to fix it. He wanted payment in advance. A week later i called to check and George told me he was still waiting for the part the was coming from California. I did not hear from George and I did not call until yesterday. There was no answer. I left a message but did not receive any return call. I called this morning and spoke to George. He said the TV needs another part replaced before it will work and the part is very expensive. I told George not to fix it and I wanted to get the TV and I wanted my money back. He said he already put the part in. So i said I would take my TV back and never mind the $89. This afternoon i took off 2 hours early from work to be able to get to the store before he closed at 5 pm. I got there at 4:45, a guy was walking out of the store. He told me i had to come back. I showed him the ticket and told him I just need to pick up my tv. He spent 10 minutes arguing when he finally called George on his cell. George instructed him not to give me the TV and that i have to come back. This is not the way a business should be conducted. Obviously, he was not honest as he told me in the beginning that the only part to be replaced and it would cost me $89 to get it fixed. And why is he holding my TV? The store should not be allowed to do business or have the license renewed. read more

Called them up to install my television and home theater as I was referred to them and was not disappointed at all by the great service they had provided. If I could give zero stars I would. This place should not exist. The main guy is clueless. He has no idea what's in his store or what he should be charging. I took my tv in because the switch board was going bad and the screen was blinking. I was told to come back the following Tuesday to pick it up. Went back on Tuesday and they hadn't even touched the TV. I leave and come back a week later. The previous week I had asked him if I could also purchase a stand for the tv. He said yes and he would have it ready when I came back. Again when I returned there was no stand on the tv and he told me it would take him a couple days to find a stand in his shop because it is such a mess. I just turned the tv on that I paid $300 to have fixed and guess what. The screen is flickering again. Absolute waste of money and waste of my time. read more

I was quite disappointed with the service I recently observed by this establishment. I took a receiver in for some repairs, and after $300 in minor repairs I took the receiver home to find that it still did not work as it was supposed to - and for which I had initially attempted to explain the problems I observed but was simply told "for $90, we will take it all apart and find everything that is wrong". I took it back and was promised that the problem would be fixed. After another week of waiting, I went back for a third visit during which the owner assured me it was working properly, and had prepared a demonstration. Within 2 minutes it was apparent the problem still persisted, which was met with more promises of troubleshooting. After a 4th visit, I am now $300 in the hole and the receiver is even more damaged than when I first brought it to the store for service. Overall, I echo the previous two comments and would highly NOT recommend this establishment for any future repair work. In fact, I would recommend you visit any other electronic repair store within 100 miles prior to using AAA Electronics. read more

WOW what a rip off!!!!!! Had my TV repaired by this company in July bill got to $700, TV broke down with the same problem around 09/30/10 and was rudely advised by the owner "bring it to his shop for or pay an $149 for someone to pick it up analyzing the problem again because my warranty expired, I advised the owner that it was the same problem he became very argumentative, nasty and rude advised me that I you should have bought one of their search protector for the cost of $400 - $700 to protect my TV" The owner comes a cross nice on the phone at first to get your business but don't let that fool you he is nasty, careless ,unprofessional and rude. I am planning my self to take him to small claims court and did file a complaint at the BBB.... "$700 and a headache and my tv was never fixed by AAA TV Electronics" read more

Im not the type to fix things but i had to find someone to fix my dads reel to reel. They were able to fix it within a 2 weeks for 150. Taking into consideration what it was they fixed it fairly quick and for a decent price. Id go back but probably not for this since i bought my dad a converter to save all of the reel to reels to the comp so I dont have to deal with fixing this again ! read more

I dropped off an item to get repaired. They took forever supposedly trying to get a part. Finally they said that it would cost an arm and a leg so I asked for it back and they tried to charge me for storage, on top of the deposit I had already put down! About a year later, I saw the owner in court as he was involved in some lawsuit. Doesn't surprise me. Don't trust these people. The owner in particular is a a very nasty individual. Ugh! Eight hundred dollars down the tube. I had my 56" LCD TV repaired on 8/26/10. One month later it was doing the same thing, crazy multi-colored images on the screen. They came right out and replaced the part. Now here it is, 12/21/10 and the thing is busted again, same problem. This time the boss tells me I'll have to bring it in, and he'll "see what he can do." But my car is too small to put the TV in. My advice: Get the best TV you can and get the longest warranty you can on it. Then extend the warranty year-by-year. That way it'll always somebody else's problem. And DON'T do business with outfits like this one. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

After telling me twice that there was no diagnostic fee I was charged $89 for a diagnostic and a problem that didn't exist, and told it would take an extra $200 to repair my TV. I got ripped off and the merchant refuses to refund my money. I should have heeded the advice in the other reviews and avoided this place! read more

I cannot believe these people are still in business. I dropped my flat screen tv off and then experienced the old switch and bait routine. The owner who stated that he would look at my tv and there would be NO CHARGE! I was instructed to call a day later, and to no avail, the worst customer service. I was placed on hold for nearly 20 mins. and then after I hung up and called back, was I able to speak to the owner George. After speaking to George, did I find out that he did nothing to my tv and instructed me to call back in a few more days. Purposely, a week and a half later, I telephoned and inquired what the status of my tv was and discovered that now I was being charged for a service I was not aware of and had not authorized. To make matters worse, I was told that the charge would disappear if I allowed them to recycle my tv's parts. When I refused, then I was told the charge would be reinstated or I could pick up my television parts and all without George putting them back into the tv. These people are trash and should not be trusted with electronics. Not the first complaint I am filing against them today! read more
