That drive had 15 years of music, videos, photos, and college papers--bachelor's and master's--on it. Located inside a shared space with a shipping store, I was greeted by Ali and quoted a $99 screen replacement price. No passcode or further information was required. Within 2 days, the watch was completed and I was charged the quoted amount. Upon sending the video to my Chef friend, she was so shocked to see her watch restored! I feel good about my deed of repairing her watch, meeting a trusted and fair electronics repair team of Muhammed (that's my mnemonic to remember the duo's name: Muhammed Ali!), and keeping the electronics landfill low with a repair.
