She dismissed my valid ID (out of state, we just moved, I had the usps forwarding official documents as one of the verification docs), despite my having four additional forms of identification. I asked the manager to come assist and speak with me directly. She refused. This was hands-down the worst service I've experienced: slow, dismissive, and unprofessional.
