Don't know what happened to them. They were good and responded very professionally. But I sent a package on 8/11/2020, started calling for status around 8/15, nobody answered the phone. Left several messages and didn't hear back either. There was one time, I finally got a real person, but he said he couldn't help me. he said I had to dial other extension and left messages. I told him I did, and his response was "well, there's nothing I can do." I don't think I'd use them any more and I urge people not to use them either. read more

Package Service is bad. Phone number hard to be pick up by customer service. My AAE package returned back from China with tracking information. Following this package for half year with AAE, but final results they lost my $1000 value package without any compensation. read more

Today i had a very bad experience in mailing back a package to Macau. I quoted from the AAE hotline staff that sending a package back to Macau is USD9 for the first pound and USD4 each pound thereafter. But when approach their office at San Gabriel, the woman told me that sending the first pound was USD 49 and plus USD 2.2 for each pound on!!! After that i reconfirm with the hotline again at home and it said USD22.13 for the first pound ! I wonder what is going on with this company! Had a very bad experience with AAE. I shipped my package one month ago from LA to china. And it's still in process now.... Why so slow? They promise customers the air shipment takes 7-10 days. But it's already been ONE Month!! And customer service they provide is terrible. When I called them asked them to track my package. They just told me it was still on the way. And the manager never replied my concerns towards to the package damage. Terrible !!! read more

This place deserves better reviews. I've been using AAE for years and never had a lost package! Damaged packages? Yes. I recently sent a document to China and it arrived in 3 days. The service said 3-5 business days so I'm just glad it arrived so soon. The best part is? It's only $10! You won't get the same type of service anywhere else for this kind of low price. For others who left a 1 star review complaining it arriving late and are going to switch to other delivery services, well good luck because UPS, DHL are going to charge $150 for delivering few pieces of paper and they are not any faster than AAE, period. read more

Probably the worst express service in human history. They charged for three day express from Los Angeles to Shanghai, promised the package will be delivered by Wednesday. Right now it is Thursday night and the package is still in Qingdao, which is about two days travel distance from Shanghai, not to mention China is getting ready for the weekend now. So this "three day express" will end up be delivered a week and half later. And the recipient just got a call from some other customer asking whether his cell phone number was an express mail service...I don't hold much hope for the document to be delivered any more...and by not receiving it by today, I am already paying penalty for delaying the arrangement...So please, for the sake of the world and all the human beings, do not use this company...EVER! read more

I sent a package to China on 2/6/2020. The agent who works there told me that it would take 7 to 14 days to get to the destination. However I checked today, the package is still in US. I don't understand how the business is still open if they cannot deliver packages to China recently and didn't tell the customers the truth. read more

If I had chance, I will give a ZERO rating! The worst customer service and worst shipping experience I had ever experienced. My package was shipped from LA to China on Mid June. Until now (7-19-2016) it has not arrived yet. They said the package was damaged and held in HongKong!! They required me to pay second shipping fee in order to transfer package from Hongkong to Beijing. What the F***! You broke my package and want me to pay again for shipping. I told they to ship back to me, they say they can not. They are taking advantage of customers. Be aware. Especially Chinese. If I can ever rate zero, that would be it!!! This place is a holly money savvy place! The bad-attitude woman just kept asking more money out of your pocket! I went there to send packages to Mainland China today. I have roughly 10 pounds stuff, and they're already packed up. When I got there, the bad-service lady first told me that I have to open and separate all of my stuff and repack them coz they had some agreement with customs, which I don't believe so. They simply wanted more money. Their quotes are ridiculous too. It's not based on pounds but on how big a box is. She simply decided that I have to repack my stuff in two/three boxes, and the price would be $104 for a 20-pound big box and $38 for a medium box!! Altogether $142!!! Holly crap!!! They are just ridiculous! And they won't be In business long, since bad service+bad attitude+want every penny in the customers=suicide!!!! Screw AAE!!! Never ever come back again! read more
