I drop off my package on a Sunday and my friend Called me a week after and told me they didn't get the package yet. I went there again and ask if they can check for me, and they told me the package still in the store because the shipping company did not pick them up...........I was like ... Ok? So did you guys call the shipping company and ask? And you didn't inform me about the situation and just let my package sit there for a week? The second time was two package to China, it is wedding gifts for friend, I drop it off to the site on 6/10/2016 and today is 6/23/2016, the package does not arrived yet and we check the website, it shows the package still on a plane? What?! Seriously? I don't know what happened to this place, they had good and fast service before but not anymore.
